That was a premeditated and deliberate attempt to assassinate an officer of the law. That was her intent and that was something she nearly pulled off, there was no debate to be had. That woman had a knife and she went up behind this guy to kill him you could even hear the click of the knife. That officer did a good job the amount of sheer restraint that he had was above and beyond. Most people would have literally smashed her head in and honestly that would have been the right thing to do.
