Stupidity is not actually a crime. Men are supposed to be supportive of pregnant partners. Calling bulls~~~ on paternity is NOT actually advised by mainstream society (here we know better).

The man abducted a baby from a hospital that he believed was his gf’s; she has mental health issues and claimed pregnancy within 1 month of their new relationship. The hospital staff informs him she is not pregnant. He drops her off to hospital regardless thinking she is in labor and 20 minutes later picks her and her ‘child’ from the hospital.

He is a moron. And a criminal.

And he is definitely at fault for assisting an abduction.

She got more time than he did.

After presenting to Middlemore Hospital and being told his girlfriend Loni Marsh was not pregnant, Faatiga Joe Manutui still believed her claim she was in labour, and later picked her and a newborn up from the hospital.

I have no trouble believing the guy is a deluded idiot – a moron indeed – but not necessarily a criminal. She began telling him she was pregnant after a month together – that doesn’t tell us how long she kept saying that. 8 more months, perhaps. Or maybe she never claimed it was his, just dropped the good news on him after a month, I don’t know. He stupidly believed her, and in the end she was ‘proved’ to be right – she came out of hospital with a baby.

My point is that when a woman does something wrong, people look for a man to blame. That doesn’t go both ways – guys do dumb / criminal things regularly, but do you ever hear calls for their wife or g/f to be charged for not stopping them? This is a bit of a sore point with me.

The very fact that the MSM article is about the guy, and NOT about the kidnapper, says a lot to me.
