I’m inclined to agree. Body-language experts have said that when the eyes don’t quite sync with the mouth, then it’s a fake smile. When you’re genuinely happy, your eyes light up and “curl” in the same the same way that your mouth does – everything matches. When you’re forcing a smile for the camera, they don’t do that.

I’d say that’s the case with this guy.
