The very first Three Stooge short in 1934 and it’s a MGTOW episode: The Woman Haters. If you listen to the Woman Haters Club meeting at the beginning, these people were having the same conversations about women as we do, except it was at a meeting and not online. The head leader even said that romance is a crime. So even over 80 years ago men were going their own way when it comes to men/women relations.

There is a vast difference between hating women and hating how women are. I hate my ex, easy to see in any reply I put up, but hating a group of people I don’t know is a waste of time and energy. Proof woman have remained the same from the dawn of mankind. What has changed is man’s acceptance and tolerance for behavior that is unacceptable and intolerable. Woman sense this tolerance and in typical female fashion, want more of it (social-hypergamy). Ahhh, the Stooges. My long time heroes. As a child I got to see an amusement park appearance by the Moe – Larry – Curly Joe iteration.

While it was the first short the Stooges appeared in, Women Haters wasn’t actually a Stooges short. It was part of Columbia’s “Musical Novelties” series and comedienne Marjorie White, the woman Larry marries, was actually billed above the Stooges.

The first “real” Stooges short, that is the first they received top billing in and the one which set the tone for the 180-plus that would follow, was Punch Drunks. It’s the one where Curly goes mental when he hears “Pop Goes The Weasel” so Moe signs him up as a boxer.

The Stooge shorts are full of MGTOW wisdom, which is why most woman absolutely loathe them. Also, as bad as the Stooges are, women are usually portrayed even worse which is another reason why the “Womyn are goddesses” crowd hates them.

One of my favorite MGTOW moments occurs in Brideless Groom where Shemp must marry in order to inherit a fortune:

SHEMP: It can’t be done. No woman is interested in me.

LARRY: Maybe not, pal. But if you look real hard, you might find one that interested in half a million bucks!
