A California woman yesterday pleaded not guilty to killing a Navy officer in a fit of road rage.

Authorities say 26-year-old Darla Jackson intentionally hit 39-year-old Navy Chief Petty Officer Zacharia Buob’s motorcycle, and then ran him over with her car on May 28. Police say the two had an altercation on Interstate 5 in Chula Vista during rush hour traffic.

Jackson pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in court yesterday. Bail was set at $1 million.

Two of Jackson’s ex-boyfriends have previously filed restraining orders against her. One of those ex-boyfriends claims that Jackson threatened to run him over with her car.

This woman was quite a head case already.

The restraining order goes on to say Jackson began driving toward her ex as he ran away.

“The Respondent still proceeded to come at me and I pushed myself off her hood,” the document said. “I proceeded to run and I eventually jumped over a fence to get away.”

In the document, Jackson’s ex claims she called him more than 200 times and left more than 100 text messages for him after he told her to leave him alone. He said she threatened to kill him, said she would get him fired from his job and allegedly said she was going to hurt herself and then tell police he had hurt her.
The restraining order said Jackson allegedly showed up at her ex-boyfriend’s work unannounced and caused a scene. His supervisor called police.

The article also mentioned that 200 motorcyclists rode to the courthouse in support of the victim’s family.

Oh yes, not just bikers but servicemen too (separate groups not just saying biker servicemen). The whole community is not happy with her.

Crying weeping, taking about being a mother no mention of the kid having a farther of course.

The pussy pass is powerful but once you enter the wrong side of the court system here in the U.S. it is not guaranteed to work at full power any more. May it fail entirely in her case, that was a vile peace of murder.

Give it 15-30 years and she will be a feminist hero …. hell they’ll even vote her President of the US.

Come on guys … it’s just one dead guy. Most female concern will be for her and the motorcycle.

    He’s a f~~~ing serviceman ….. he’ll be dead soon anyway.

Charge admission.  Tell her on the motorcycle that first she’ll get hit, and then run over.  She’s glued to seat, etc. Maybe “due it” at Autopia railed vehicles at Disneyworld. Send her on her way. After many laps, fulfill the briefing taking some time between the first hit and the run over part.

Have a closeup cam and mic for her facial regrets.

Air this event on the six o’clock news.

Ask if there are any questions.

"It seems like there's times a body gets struck down so low, there ain't a power on earth that can ever bring him up again. Seems like something inside dies so he don't even want to get up again. But he does."
