I’ve had this happen to me a few times recently, twice on a dating site (before I deleted my profile) and once at work.

I had only exchanged a few message with one woman who sarcastically said “my job is so rewarding” and then proceeded to bitch and moan about it as if I was supposed to feel sorry for her.

Another woman bitched (on company time) about not getting the promotion she felt she was entitled to and felt “tainted” by the people she worked with in her group. This woman worked from home in a cushy gig and still wasn’t happy. Then said she is likely “secure” for a couple more years, I guess this explains why she was on the dating site….to have some sucker to fall back on.

I am an IT guy and this women at work had an issue with her computer. While I was working on her problem, she bitched and complained about her job and bosses, almost to the point of tears. This isn’t the first time she has bitched and complained.

Going to work and earning a living is supposed to be fun, eh?

Well, I run cable. I hook up s~~~, and I FIt in places where other people can’t. Do I like My job? HELL YES I DO! But does it SUCK? HELL YES IT DOES!

But the fact I am building something that is going to be used for YEARS AND YEARS on end. Maybe even 20 years form now gives me something to really be proud about.

I don’t think women care about building anything. That is why they hate their jobs. Old teachers for example use to get visited all the time saying thank you for all they did when the kids were younger. That does not happen anymore.

You are and IT guy, you get this. But hardware gets cycled out all the time. But Software? THat s~~~ is running some 30 years down the road in some places.

Women don’t really MAKE anything. They don’t BUILD anything. And that is why the one thing women can do that gives them Everlasting happiness, is the one thing that they don’t want to do cuz it is REAL WORK.

Women are ONLY in it for the Short term gain. As long as the ladder is there to climb, then they climb it. But work is not a ladder. Sometimes, you are stuck just doing some dead end s~~~, and it really has no meaning to them. That is why they always given women BULLS~~~ awards. They need to KNOW they are doing something great. Even if its just an awards ceremony. A party etc. The more random the better.

And WOMEN just BITCH. What else is new? Besides, they were promised that this Cubicle life was AMAZING B~~~~! Reality is not so much is it?

Yep. There was one woman they decided to bring in from another site to do a job that a few other people were already 70% trained up to do and were doing. This job they wanted her to do consisted of 2 areas. One of them she just felt was beneath her and that was that she no longer had to do it! Wow, why didn’t I think of that?! The other one was a task that I was very interested in but myself and other never had the opportunity to apply for it. So they gave it to her. She made a mess of it, I used to look at the inbox and see all the work piling up, they actually wanted us to start helping her out! So after a while she transfers to another role but in the end she actually got a job with the client somehow. Amazing. This after being on maternity leave for nearly 2 years. Astounding.

The other one I know has quit a few jobs where she was being paid well but was always p~~~ed off that she wasn’t being recognized accordingly. She would often stuck her nose in where it didn’t have to be stuck in and she would act as a manager even though she wasn’t. She would bitch about it to anyone she could. She just couldn’t just do the bare necessities of her role.

The best ones are whores though. I am on a whore site and these whores some of whom try and charge $900 an hour complain about their work! Some complain about a lack of bookings! Although, I am noticing less and less of these whores charging that now, their prices really are dropping.

Just all self entitlement in the end.

I think there are two things at play here. Women are programmed to find the easiest low stress solution to everything. They aim to do stuff at minimal resource cost to themselves. This is because they need to save energy and food to care for the children in their wombs, at their breast and at their feet. For this reason they are programmed to not really like work. The other is that they are verbal creatures who have learned that complaining gets results, at least sympathy and often more.

These things together means they just can’t help complaining a lot of the time.
