Woman at work ruined his carreer !

hi, i have to rant.

One train is in the yard, on the main line. The other one, waiting to get in the yard is driven by a woman. She thought she could come in the yard with the train, when she wasnt allowed in. Result : Almost a head on collision with two trains….they had to stop in emergency.

Man driver for the train in yard get off the train and start screaming hell on earth to that woman. That man has almost 35 years of service, one of the best. 6 month from retirement.

Guess what cupcake does… She complain to HR. he immediately got suspended…she go off “stress” and get nothing. They are trying to fire him for “screaming at cupcake” because she got scared. She get nothing for almost provoking a head on collision with a other train and risking blowing up half the town. Not a single thing to her.

Now every man in the terminal refuse to work with her, f~~~ing c~~~.

4 women in my entire terminal. 3 of them are repeatedly always sick, and im taking 20-30 + sicks days a year. If i am requesting a sick day, i have to speak with the superintendent, and get threat of suspension…to get one day off. But if you have a vagina, you can pretty much get away with anything.

Women are jealous of men with experience, competence and respect, and given the slightest opportunity will try to destroy such men because of their own incompetence and insecurities.

They can’t handle being inferior in anything, and since nothing is ever their fault, in their eyes, they blame everyone else and it “stresses” them out resulting in huge amount of sick days.

HR, which is usually full of women, don’t like men who are indispensable and don’t give a f~~~, as they can’t control them and will take every chance to punish them for perceived infractions of HR policy.

The train driver bitch probably blamed every man in the yard rather than accepting that it was her fault and entitled nature that nearly caused a catastrophe.

Here in the UK, maternity leave is unbelievable. The cost of it is enough to drive a small business to the wall.

My local PD has police auxilieries (a political stop-gap designed to make up for falling recruitment and funding. They have very limited powers).

One of them has been off on maternity 3 times in 4 years. She gets full pay, plus state welfare.

It doesn’t just stop with the pregnancy itself either. Many c~~~s then claim postnatal depression, and try for another year off.

What needs to happen is men knuckle down and just stop whatever they are doing and walk out of the job and go home. Tell the business (whatever it may be) that they refuse to work with a woman. See just how fast laws change. If all men would walk out for 3 days Society would see the error of it’s ways. Do you really think Women would take up the slack like men do when a woman takes their time off?
