From Harvards student paper the Crimson.

Here is a Harvard professor, a self described feminist who thinks that lying and cheating hurts the feminist cause.

She has no empathy for men at all. Like all feminists and most women, they have have been trained that empathy is a weakness that can lead you to being exploited by those who need your empathy. For example, your husband and kids.

    Title:
    A Call to Arms
Law School professor Janet Halley is pushing back against Harvard and the government’s approach to Title IX.

Notice how this women puts emphasis on how feminism hurts girls and minorities and that it is essential to muster any empathy for males to place “due process would disproportionately hurt minorities involved in proceedings”

Today, the Title IX debate has pushed Halley to make what she calls a “shift” in her career to enter not only academic conversations on the topic but a concrete policy debate. To Halley, the debate about sexual assault on college campuses represents what she argues is too much of a focus on women as victims that advances “an image of women that really forgets the power that women have” while simultaneously failing to offer necessary protection for the accused. She is also concerned that the absence of what she considers proper due process would disproportionately hurt minorities involved in proceedings.

So even our friends hate us and treat us less than human, explicitly states that females and minorities are more important than whom? White cis males I suppose.

I don’t think this feminist changed her colors, just trying to protect women further.

Do you think feminists can “change their color” for real, without doing it to manipulate some man into a relationship with a feminist (burr, gross).

That’s some shady bolding you’ve done. You emphasized “due process would disproportionately hurt minorities involved in proceedings.” but the full context is “the absence of what she considers proper due process would disproportionately hurt minorities involved in proceedings.”

I don’t see your point. The bolding succeeds on emphasizing the problem of article out, which is the focus on the “real victims” here, the minorities involved in proceedings. It is not that it will hurt males, or white cis males, it is that is going to hurt minorities, after all they are the only ones that matters, right?

This was nothing more than a feminist attempt at damage control.

This was a woman who wanted it and then said she didnt want it.Changed her mind after the fact.

Guys who are doing this please stop.

You cannot expect women to “behave” themselves  and not make false accusations.

Exactly. Let’s not fool ourselves into thinking this is an ACTUAL change. A well intentioned slave master, is STILL a slave master. Fighting for due process for MINORITIES is still not the same for FIGHTING FOR DUE PROCESS FOR ALL. Discrimination, is STILL DISCRIMINATION.

There are instances where the “middle ground” is not good enough. Although I don’t think a perfect world is truly achievable, we still should aim for what is closest to true justice as possible. Intentionally aiming to serve justice to one group, while benefiting and ignoring another, specially when this other group is the FREAKING MAJORITY, still p~~~es me off.
