I earn my living on a Windows machine but at home I am a Mac user

I refuse to use Internet Imploder or Edge.
So I downloaded Firefox. There is a problem I cannot figure out that causes Firefox to NOT save my settings.

So, I downloaded Chrome. I hate it and hate Giggle.

What Winblows Browser do you use and why?

Maybe try Dolphin? Probably has a windows version.

Pity you could not use Firefox. Been stable for years for me. I primarly use it thanks to all the plug ins developed.

There is Opera

And of course if you are a mac user, Safari for windows.

I like Firefox. It is my secondary browser on my Mac. I use it for development.

I looked for Safari for Windoze (used it years ago) but could not find an official Apple download page.

The flaw with firefox is you have to go into the settings and set it to tab each window instead of new windows. Make sure you only have one window open when you change the setting. open the tab with on window with two tab windows to make sure it works. Then, close it out, this will save the setting. Then open and only use firefox with one main window with many tab windows. If you open up a separate window do not close the window, put it into the tab of windows then close it. If you close a separate window it will erase the tab windows you have created.

There are easy ways to back up firefox, but you need to look up the instructions for the OS you use.

Firefox is a very stable and forgiving browser. The one flaw firefox has is a slight memory leak that you have to close out the browser window and reopened it every few days to a week.

I think there were 2 versions of firefox…the newer one is faster and better…Try redownloading the latest one…

I have been with the new firefox a few months now after chrome became laggy and a resource hog…

I stand with feet apart and let my balls hang free...Manginas dont have balls...See how they stand and sit at the whim of their masters...

I downloaded Firefox about 3 weeks ago. I will try again. Failing that, give Opera or Dolphin a try.

If you can’t tell I really don’t like microduft or giggle.

Try Tor Browser.

I have not used it myself, but I am downloading it now.
I have used the Tor network with other applications.

UPDATE: Tor browser is a modified Firefox ESR, anonymizes the origin of your traffic, and it encrypts everything inside the Tor network.

Same here, I use Windows at work and Mac at home. Windows sucks a big one. I have had no end of problems with Microsuck Edge. Everyone tells me that Firefox is the best browser for a Windows machine.
