Trump is complaining about political bias by late night talk shows, so he said there is need to be less bias:

It appears that Trump is referring to the 1934 so-called “equal time” law, not the 1949 Fairness Doctrine.

Before the advent of cable TV and the internet, there were few media choices for the consumer. Think channel 4, 6, and 10 and maybe a local PBS affiliate. Remember you youngins, I am talking broadcast via radio waves here.

If we had more regulation, stations like CNN AND Fox would both have to give more time to the other side.

People naturally seek an echo chamber. They don’t want to think critically or have their beliefs challenged, so they watch whatever media aligns with their politics for news and editorial content.

They are brainwashed into siding with one of the dominant major political parties.

President Trump’s election has proved that the those behind this false two party dichotomy have lost control.

Trump supporters support President Trump. Trump supporters see the Republicans and Democrats in Congress as a single party establishment whom they do not support.

This Exactly! When people ask i don’t say i’m a Republican, i always say conservative. Republicans don’t know how to govern effectively in my opinion. Trump supporters are very smart and see through the bulls~~~ and lies. I question everything now, i hardly ever take what the news says as truth before i check it out myself. I’d rather be informed than to live a lie. Now thinking this way has cost me friends, but the Bible says “To go if you have to go, by yourself”.

And another thing, I like to watch Hannity. Some people all he does is lie, and doesn’t like Obama. But when he makes claims, he backs them up with sources. He cites where he gets all his information so you know he is not making this stuff up. So how can people clearly see that he cites his sources and still call him a lier. Also, he is the number one show. Since he moved from 9:00 to 8:00, he has been whooping MSNBC and CNN’s ass every night.

I’ve lost friends also because I watch him and support conservative views. People really show their true colors once they know your political stance. Good thing i’m MGTOW and could give zero f~~~s.

Never lose sight of what brought you here.
