Will sexualization of society increase as more men go MGTOW?

I have been thinking a bit at the impact the Herbivores have had on Japanese society and their culture, based on articles like this (warning, this article apparently has some naked picture in it. NSFW, but it shows up without pics on this site):

What I can see happen, if men manage to try to avoid women, don’t have kids, and do more of a Herbivore way, you are going possibly see media pushing sexualization, porn, etc… in society, to try to get men sexual active more and have more sex.  It could be women will then try to hunt down men and so on.

Any thoughts here?

It’s been about two years since I first heard of herbivore men in Japan. I think whatever they do will amount to little more than rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic, and the same goes for the Western World’s declining marriage rate.

I have never figured out the hair, makeup, and swishy clothing herbivores are taking on. Are the commentators cherry picking their data or is it widespread in the land of those who were among the world’s fiercest warriors? A small number of such correspond with the West’s metrosexuals, but metros are not a majority here yet.

I think Society will become more sexualized as women become more extreme about their Feminism and “rights” and also as the Left become more untouchable.

If anything MGTOW’s will just reap the benefits perhaps but many of those women will also be selling their sex in some way too.

This is the problem right here.  Traditionally men and women have both had their gender roles.  What we have seen happen as a society over time is that women slowly began to get rid of all the negatives of their gender role, while wanting to keep the positives, and they expected men’s gender roles to remain in tact.  They legally have equality on demand, and in family courts are given massive preference.  Its like 50 years ago, men’s and women’s gender roles were both a hamburger…now the gender role of women has evolved into prime rib while the gender role of men has devolved into a s~~~ sandwich.

I can’t say I haven’t come to the same conclusion as Japanese men.  Women my age want to pull the equality card, and think its beneath them to cook and clean and be expected to fill any of the traditional women roles out of duty, yet as a man I’m still expected to do all the yard work and house maintenance that has always been the male role, pick up the slack for the women’s traditional jobs they don’t want to do because equality, and I’m expected to be the primary(or sole) breadwinner for the family, while she spends most of it.  WTF?

Go ahead and bombard me with sexuality and porn and stuff…its not going to change any of what I just said.  If women want to fix the problem all they need to do is stop and think…what did my grandmother/great grandmother bring to her marriage?  What did my grandfather/greatgrandfather bring to it?  Then compare that to what do they bring vs a modern day man.  They’ll find they bring a more used vagina, more debt, and want to perform less domestic roles, while men bring everything previous generations did plus are expected to do more.  And that’s not even getting into how ridiculous divorce rates and divorce laws have become.

I was, for most part, turned off by the exhibition of flesh on display during my last grocery shopping trip. In my case, their attempts in electronic media, billboards, etc. might drive me further away. The way i see it the media and society acts like a woman.If a problem occurs which may be MGTOW one day, their natural reaction will be to blame, shame and punish men.The idea of trying to understand us or maybe if hell freezes ,even do something to help men for once is too distant to their spectrum of thoughts or should i say “feels”.

Richard, I’d like to know what kind of rock you’ve been living under if you think society can be “more sexualized”…

Porn has been a multi billion dollar industry for the past 20 years and other than that western society in general has been over sexualized for decades. Western culture and society has even been sexualizing  kids in those f~~~ing dumb ass beauty pagents on tv, and also music videos and other forms of so called entertainment for years….

Short of legalizing sex in public places I’m really unsure as to what you mean by “becoming more sexualized”….as if men aren’t tempted enough all ready.

How much more sexualized can it be? Japan is a lot more sexualized than the US. Maybe not as much as Western Europe, but Western Europe ain’t doing too well either these days.

Anyway, we all know that when men start opting out, it’s not their fault but a problem with society. But we all also know that the elites and women are incapable of ever admitting any blame or caring in the least about males in any way. If women had it their way, they’d probably kill off 90% of the male population and only have the pussy beggars left. Of course society would fall apart with a bunch of thugs too stupid to do anything and too lazy to even try to be productive, but the elites and women are not very intelligent (ironically they are in such great positions in life despite being so stupid, but that is the way of the world).

Which article are you referring to?  I was just trying to post stuff I found, to show what I was going over, and my main interest was the fact they have porn for teenage boys to try to get them interested in having more sex.

What I do see here is, besides shame, there may be a cultural reaction to try to seduce and drive me to get more sexual active, if MGTOW takes hold, and men do Herbivore more, and show low expression on the lust side.

By the way, I am aware of trends going on.  If there is a revolt against this in MGTOW, I wonder how much more sexualization the media can get.  Does it become like the movie Idiocracy in the future, where you get oral sex with you go for a coffee at Starbucks?

Or, is there going to be even more increased shaming going on.  I did a video where I felt the attack on singleness is a threat I seen isn’t something MGTOW videos get into much, it is just the war against feminism mainly.

Yes, but their output is culture, and the Herbivore trend started there and continues on, with the west following that trend now.  I know there is differences as Herbivores tend to also be a revolt against the rat race there, while MGTOW is more just against marriage.  But, there are overlaps.
