We shouldn’t let them have corporate America. Finding a job is hard enough when a women is part of the hiring process. I mean I have been treated badly just for being a guy by women managers. I was told once by a women manager at a Kohl’s that I will never have a job and I should get a job cleaning up road kill and then she compares me to her princess perfect of a daughter and telling me all her accomplishments. By the way, it was a shipping/receiving job I went for then, and instead of getting it, she makes me look like a total loser and makes her daughter look like she can some day run for president. I hate being interviewed by a bitchy bias woman!

Thanks for your post, great! I feel it every day, the decline in all areas of my company.On one real working men-ployee we have at least two low performing female parasties. Maybe the inscription on my grave stone will be “He died suddenly and unexpectedly in one of those never ending meaningless idiotic meetings”. My father had worked half of his life for Mercedes-Benz, and he LOVED it. These times are gone forever.

I agree as well,self employment is not only better but healthier to both mental and physical state.

One thing I learned in life is that things do not always seem to be perfect for the people who you think are perfect. I know that this is not the question of feeling good about yourself by putting the daughter down, but I believe that there are a lot more unhappy people in this world than you think. My own mom thought that there was this perfect distant family that we knew that she thought that they were perfect where they were all educated and all, and then it ended up being that the parents divorced out of no where, and then some people in the family had to go see the psychologist for some counselling even. Everyone has problems.
