I have the same level of self-discipline now as I did before I lost all the weight.
It’s not about self-discipline, it’s about not eating poison. Cut the sugar, starch, and replace it with saturated fat. Eat moderate protein, lose all the weight.

Modern bread is process by the body as a sugar. That is why weight gain is common. It also can cause chronic inflammation in the joints, etc.
