Yesterday, MATRIX said that when/if the lights go out on the 21st that he would be done posting. Other members as well have also mentioned in the past that they as well would be hanging it up.

As I reflect upon this, I can’t help but wonder WHY stop posting especially since Eric was kind enough to create another platform/forum for ALL OF US to do the EXACT SAME STUFF THAT WE DO HERE.

Alright, it won’t be EXACTLY THE SAME, but it should be a venue to exchange Red Pills never the less.

What makes this particular venue so special??

WHY can’t Men just join the other site, and leave it as an option for THEMSELVES??

When the idea of this site closing first popped up, the thought crossed my mind as well that maybe this was time for me to just move on, and I too would be done.

Then I thought, would I be making the same decision if the lights stayed on???

I decided that it’s NOT about the VENUE. but more about what I BROUGHT TO IT and even MORE important on a personal level about what I WOULD TAKE from it for MY JOURNEY.

Just some rambling thoughts……I wish you all well on YOUR JOURNEYS!!!

That’s one of the two problems.

Number one is that this forum is closed. It’s a private club, which is okay, but natural wastage means that ultimately it is doomed.

Number two is that lurkers cannot see current posts, so much of the benefit of what we post is lost. Previously, they saw more.

Secondly and more importantly, the management made a known scumbag like Gargamel a mod. They also took no action against him when he was trashing this site. That stinks.

I’m not sure what I’ll do. While I enjoy the interactions with the gentlemen on this site I also sometimes feel like I’m just repeating myself. I view it as the 5 stages of grief and I’m at acceptance. So I don’t feel the NEED to post anymore.

If the site goes down I’ll take a break. Then if I miss it I’ll sign up on Eric’s site.

On the chance that the site crashes and I don’t sign up at the new site, thank you to you all. For the laughs, the arguments, the introduction stories that told me I wasn’t the only one, and for the TRUTH. The saying “the trust shall set you free” means more than ever to me now. You just have to be willing to actually accept the truth and it will set you free.

Stealthy/Sausage Fingers and I used to talk about ripping off the rear view mirror and just drive. Stop worrying about what’s behind you and focus on what’s in front of you. I’m not sure if I use this site to look forward or backward. If it’s forward then you’ll probably see me on Eric’s site. If it’s backward you won’t. It’s about that simple.

I think Eric’s site will be a success once new members come aboard. As others have already said, this site is now just our own little echo chamber and that can’t last. I’m also reasonably certain that MATRIX will be back on the new site again too once he realizes that he’ll has some new fans… 🙂

I think I need to hand this up either way. This site has been a life saver. I wish in the earlier years I had been more patient with other members who I disagreed with. I got out of hand sometimes, and I feel bad about that.

But I also think I may have helped to save a few guys’ lives, who were contemplating suicide.

Also, this site has made me realize so much about women, and about the clown world we are living in.

I think I want to develop relationships with people offline, rather than jump to another online site.

I wish we knew what happened to Keymaster. To disappear like that, it’s a little disconcerting, but maybe he’s moved on. I believe he was on TFM’s show many years ago, so if anyone knows TFM, maybe TFM could check in and make sure Keymaster is ok. Maybe someone could ask Celestina if Keymaster is ok.

It’s time for me to move on with my life, and get out into the real world. Yes, the real world is full of clowns, but it’s time to band together with strong red-pilled men, few though they may be.

For me, although I was not in that category, MGTOW codified and made sense of what I had already realised. I had most of the pieces but hadn’t fitted them all together. And what I didn’t have, MGTOW gave me.

I am with Tax Man on this. My account on Eric’s site is CaptainObvious. I was a never a huge poster, but will drop in from time to time to get my red pills. Thanks to you all for helping me on my journey.

I am lucky to have found this site. When I joined in 2015 I was coming off my second divorce, a deployment to Afghanistan and had a “unicorn” living with me.
