    So my female boss is going on maternity leave in a couple of days.

    She is being replaced by another woman who is 5 months pregnant.

    Female boss mkII will be going on maternity leave around the end of August, so we have to go through the process of hiring and training someone else for the second time, just to get rid of them once female boss mkI returns some time next year.

    Naturally, no one could stop female boss mkII from applying for the job. Because of course “a pregnant woman can do any job just as well as a man”. Yeah right.

    Over the last three weeks I have been working 11-12 hour days trying to fix a serious problem with our system. And female boss mkII has been arriving at the office at 9:10am and leaving at 4:50pm because she is tired. And no one dares to call her out on it, because, y’know “You can’t make a pregnant woman work longer hours – she’s pregnant, you misogynistic bastard!”

    I thought a pregnant woman could do any job just as well as me? Then how come I have to stay and she doesn’t?

    Last Thursday we had an emergency and I was called into the senior manager’s office around 8pm. If we couldn’t fix it, the company was going bankrupt and a few hundred people would lose their jobs. No one called female boss mkI or mkII – they’d both gone home hours before. There were four men and one woman in the office when I got there. The woman left 10 minutes later.

    That left me and the other 4 guys. We stayed until the job was done, and we finished around 12:30am. One guy just wanted to get home in time to read his son a bedtime story – knew he wouldn’t make it. Another knew he was going to take a kicking from his wife for being late again. He called her halfway through to tell her he would make it up to her.

    I have never once got home and wished there was a wife there waiting for me. But I have lost count of the number of times I’ve got home and thanked God I am not married. At that point, the guy had been at work for 12 hours under enormous pressure, so that he could still have a job to go to the next day so he could keep supporting her.

    And still it wasn’t enough.

    Female boss mkII just breezed into work next morning to be treated like a f~~~ing queen, pulling half her weight and expecting to be seen as an equal, disappearing when she wants and expecting the job to be there when she comes back. No f~~~ing sense of duty in her whatsoever.

    A few days later, I heard our company now has to report its average earnings for men and women to check there is no gender pay gap. No words for how mad I am at this.

    On the bright side, I learned I am getting a bonus for what I did. That money is going straight to the most hard-line MRA organizations I can find.

    Best thing to do brother, is gather with other MGTOWs at work and have MGTOW discussions by the water cooler, perhaps fill it with beer. At the beginning it will be hard, but as more and more men join in across many organisations across the globe, we shall also throw in a BBQ next to the cooler. As for these stupid reports, we can stockpile them and use them as fuel for the BBQ.

    My MGTOW brothers, imagine the productivity boost if such happened? New ideas and new inventions.No bulls~~~, no political correctness, no more boring Mondays, just pure teamwork.

    The reason why there are no more awesome inventors/scientists like Tesla and Newton, is because men who are putting all their energy into creativity are shot down, like a German WWII plane, by big bosses, who are in competition with other men due to their biological drive. We MGTOWs don’t compete with each other. That is the beauty of MGTOW, brotherhood.

    A tranquil mind is neither happy nor sad, it is uninfluenced by external conditions.

    All feminist quotas for more women will achieve is large corporations going bankrupt

    That’s fine with me, it will make it easier for men to establish micro businesses. I was never a fan of large corporations anyway, because the end result is a s~~~ty product, like Heineken

    The market is like nature and the wall. As Machiavelli implied, it self-corrects through natural selection. Businesses that won’t follow the laws of economics fail. Governments that interfere with the laws of economics fail. The winners win because they sat back and let the market operate.

    Women are better at multitasking? Fucking up several things at once is not multitasking.

    Have to agree with you there. Heinken is crap. Becks is the way to go in the UK for lager. I know it’s brewed here and not Germany, but they do a good job.

    And on topic,

    That must really p~~~ you off man. I know it would me. Double standards all the way as usual. Wish I was my own boss and didn’t have to do the corporate thing. In the company I work for the fertile age women are allways taking time off, before the birth, a year after the birth, and then early finishes when they do come back.

    I can’t understand why the corporation hires them?

    NumbCruncher: I think your company may be in a downward spiral if they are prioritizing the policies you are talking about, especially if your heroics are all there was to save said company. You may only be aiding the gynocracy by propping it up.
    Donate that money to MGTOW causes instead of MRA. Those MRA guys are only providing ammo for the feminists and making things worse for themselves.

    They also pay for that with their health. Just ask a brick layer how his knee’s work when he’s 50.
