Why isn't attack helicopter an option for voter registration?

Apparently Jared Kushner was subject to an error in voter registration and they had him as female. Since apparently gender is now the basis of identification, and not biology, as per argued by SJW side, I was wondering why this broke into the news cycle, and had to wonder why don’t they allow attack helicopter as an option on voter registration?
