This case isn’t that straight forward. Swift didn’t originally sue the DJ, she only publicly stated that she was groped, which ruined the DJs career. He sued her for defamation of character, and she countersued. She won the countersuit.

The whole thing is dumb. I’m sure ladies would chastise me for saying this, but women need to grow a pair and deal with a little groping every now and then….because that’s exactly what men do.

Like most of us, we’ve had unwanted grouping before. For me, it did happen at work, and was absolutely inappropriate. But unlike women, I had no desire to get someone fired out of spite. I let her know that wasn’t going to happen again and that was the end of it.

If her story is true, if she was groped, I don’t see how that justifies ruing the man’s career. He certainly didn’t ruin hers.

Ok. Then do it.
