What I do not get is that I have been hearing from people like Steve Harvey the mangina, that the woman is suppose to be the prize and that her beauty alone is suppose to attract her future spouse into pursuing her. Steve Harvey even told a woman in his show who has problems finding the man that all she has to do is present herself and then a man would do the rest of the work in pursuing her. If girls presenting themselves is not enough, I seen girls tend to manipulate me to make the first move in pursuing them by giving me some sort of cues just to show me that they are interested in me to give me the confidence to actually pursue them. Now what I do not understand is that it is usually up to the guy to take care of the girl in society’s standards, especially after the woman would bare his children. So why is it have to be the girl who has to be the prize and not the guy. It is common knowledge in this forum that it is usually the woman who has more to gain than the man in a relationship, so why is she the prize?

Same here, but I mostly am not seeing any hints as they try to do it subtly. Hell, I once had a good night in a bar, drinking and talking with friends when suddenly this chick comes up to me and says “why aren’t you talking to <name> yet? She’s given you, like, 10 signals that she likes you!”, at which I responded: “didn’t see it. If she wants to talk she can come over, but I’m staying here.”
