Why do all the woman have the high paying power jobs? Where I work now all the women have the powerful jobs with the great salaries! I can’t think of one job I have had in all my life where women did not have the power! Why is this? Why don’t men have high paying power jobs anymore?? I get sick when I hear the media scream that women are not given their fair share! Not where I stand from! Men have been kicked out of the American dream and no one gives a crap!!!

It depends what industry you’re talking about. In construction and Engineering, there are few women. In ‘heavy’ industry, such as oil & gas drilling, virtually none. How many women welders do you know? That’s a high paying job, though many may not call it a ‘power’ job, they actually make something with their hands and tools.

In fields such as education, especially early childhood, secretaries, and registered nurses, there are few men. In Government offices, there are also more women. I can’t remember the last time I had my hair cut by a man — hairdressers around here are all women at the chains, I’d have to go to a barbershop to get a male to cut my hair.

If money is the goal, work in a field that pays well.

There are WAY less female upper management and CEO’s on the whole across all industries. Unfortunately, you seem to be in one of the female dominated industries or departments within a company.

Indeed, many seem to have very cushy corporate jobs that only require one to have an axe wound between one’s legs to be hired… Suspect, very suspect… We all know axe wound bearers are the biggest mindless spenders, so it boosts their egos, and makes it seem like the current gynocentric system is still relevant to their bosses.
