    Hi broz.

A while ago I was thinking about the Freemasons. I am not a Mason but I have read quite a bit about them. From what I have read, the Masons are totally harmless. They also give money to charity. Why do so many people hate the Masons? Why are the Masons in so many nasty conspiracy theories?

    I know why: Vaginitis.

The Freemasonry is one of the few all-male organizations left in the West. Lots of people hate the Masons just because they are all men.

Another Thing: The biggest anti-Mason ever was Adolf Hitler. Hitler was a total mangina. How do I know this? Racism is just another form of vaginitis.

“We need to protect our women from foreigners!”
    – Every Racist Ever

“We need to have as many kids as possible or else the other races will outnumber us!”
    – Every Racist Ever

A racist is just another kind of white knight.

Furthermore, the Freemasonry has a manly history behind it. They were originally hardworking stonemasons who wanted to defeat the monarchs of Europe. Eventually, a brave Mason named George Washington fought against the British royals and won.

We should thank the masons. They defeated the British monarchy and now they defend male spaces.

A lot of people are christian, so they naturally hate freemasons because they worship Lucifer. You asked the question why – and I answered it. I have no problem with freemasons – i’m a libertarian, so whatever floats your boat, but I’m a christian too, so I’m not willing to go that road or associate with freemasonry because of that. It’s good that they support men’s rights, but I am not going to join them.

I figured it was because they are a secret society. They have coded speech and secret handshakes. Secrecy is often associated with “up to no good”.

Historically, Catholics were prohibited from joining the Masons upon penalty of excommunication. The reasons for this had a lot to do with Masonry not promoting one religion over another; that is one of its great features in my mind; while members must believe in a Supreme Being, the group does not require one believe in a certain faith.

Masonry is in decline in America, with many Lodges closing, most of them are made up of old men with few new members — making the conspiracy theories even LESS plausible. The only thing they’re conspiring to take over is the nursing homes — membership is about 1/3 of what it was a couple decades ago, making for many old members and few young ones. I’ve met very few men entering Lodges.

I’m not a member but my father was a 33rd degree Mason.

Another great belief of the Masons is in the separation of Church and State — long before said belief was popular.

They also do a lot of good charity work (Shriners).

    Worship Lucifer? Are you kidding?

Yea you guys gotta cool it with that worshipping the devil crap. If you don’t understand something, just don’t speak on it. If you do choose to speak on the subject, speak from a place of intelligence and not a place of ignorance.

I’m an honorary member of ME, f~~~ membership in anything else! When I say “all hail me” there’s no dissension in my club, and voting is easy, I never loose, and it’s always unanimous!

THIS is why people hate fear Freemasonry, because they don’t know much about it and don’t understand what they do know. Typical.

I’d join the Freemasons were they to ask me, except that I do NOT believe the universe has an architect which would almost certainly rule me out.

They hate what they truly understand. Because there are some aspects that are kept secret then it must be evil, that’s what they think. Not true. It can only be truly understood by Brethren who have at least been Entered, Passed and Raised. The only person that has had a very clear understanding of the Craft prior to being a member was Manly P. Hall. Check out The Lost Keys of Freemasonry and that gives a very accurate description of it.

Hey Doc, you have to ask as it recruiting is not allowed. You have to make up your mind that this is what you want to do and proceed. 2B1->ASK1

I’ve always been interested in the group, as when I was a kid, we had a few family friends who were masons and they were of excellent character. However now that I’ve relocated to the US, I don’t know anybody to ask.

Besides, I was told that you have to either be invited to join or be “born into it”, as in have a male relative vouch for you to join.

Didn’t think just going up and asking was an option.

I do know the first step of becoming a Freemason is to ask a Freemason if you can join.

Free Masons seem to be involved in all the fake news events, their trademark is all over them.

What gives? Great architect of the universe? Seems like most of what they do is deception, kind of like the devil
