Why are women dropping out of the workforce?

This decline has occurred among all races and ethnicities, but has been much bigger among Hispanics. It’s theoretically possible that American women are choosing family over work, while also choosing smaller families, perhaps due to the increased costs of college, rent and child care. But the story doesn’t quite fit, especially when the increasing cultural impact of feminism is taken into account.

Another potential factor is the opioid epidemic. Women have tended to be prescribed larger doses of opioid painkillers for longer periods of time, which often leads to addiction, or to use of stronger substitute drugs like heroin. Between 1999 and 2015, female death rates from opioid-related causes rose by 850 percent — twice as big an increase as for men. Opioid addiction and the various associated health consequences almost certainly make it a lot harder to stay in the workforce.

Its not choosing family over work. Its many figuring out its way easier to do housework, than work out in the world. For married women its a no brainer, they can work a full 1 hour, complain like they worked 6 hours, spend his money as they want, and divorce him and get alimony, child support and the house.

Wheres the downside?

Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

What are you complaining about? Fewer women in the work place makes a man’s job much easier.
The men who would have had to work with that woman dose not have to do his work plus the repair the crap she f~~~ed up.

I thought it was obvious why I posted this topic, this is good news. Nature is simply following its course. No one wins against mother nature, (or Father Nature for us mgtows) The self-importance sooner or later vanishes!

It does help men in the workplace, but they are doing it only because they have figured out the path of least resistance and maximizing cash spending. They can hardly do anything, act like they do a ton of stuff, and while hubby slaves away spend his dough, and if she gets tired of him get an alimony check and child support and a house, and find another wallet.

Its not done for the benefit of men. Its not done for the benefit of “the family”. Its done because SHE WANTS TO DO LESS BUT STILL SPEND HIS MONEY. AND DIVORCE RAPE HIM WHEN ITS CONVENIENT. She will get more in divorce as she “gave up her career” to be a hard working housewife.

A shop near me is full of postwall workers . I only go there if i have too .

Some of these postwalls i have known from back in there party pub f~~~in days . It turns me of my food knowing the s~~~ some of them got up too . They know i know . Lol .

There all angry and p~~~ed of and s~~~ . Told one a few weeks ago that her service is s~~~ . The look on her face . I looked her in the eye with no expression . Most women do not like to work. Why would they? Not many men would work if they could get out of it and be looked after by someone else.

Not to mention if you start adding child care and other things, it actually would cost you more to work than to sit at home and be a mother to your child. It is the way it worked for centuries and the 5 decades of experimenting has not produced good results and experiences.

Probably because they found out that work is not fun. Work is not all the glamour that they find in the TV or in the movies. They could not handle the grind and elbow grease needed to be productive in this ever increasing competitive market…
