Why are women always sick?

I believe that women are always sick because they don’t know how to take care of themselves ( or at the very least modern women )

They can not clean, they can not cook, and they can not even think for themselves.

Let me introduce you to some women logic.

For this example, let’s assume that i’m a fat c~~~.

I eat fast food for dinner every other day, i am your typical modern woman.

For some odd reason i am fat, but i can’t seem to figure it out *munches on mc donalds burger*

Being fat is being unhealthy, and being skinny is being health, therefore i need to become healthy!

I’ve been told that Vitamin C is good for me, so i am going to start taking vitamin c pills! *munches on mc donalds burger*

*CRIES* *SOBS* I’m still FAT! It’s unfair! It’s GENETICS!

On TV i saw a commercial advertising these magical health shakes! health sakes are good! *buys useless product; spends hundreds on a blender*

*swallows vitamin C pills*

My friend says that yogurt is good for digestion, and being a fat pig is because of my genetics, and my digestion is based on my genetics.
So if i eat yogurt then i will lose weight, because it will make my digestion better.

AND SO FORTH!
This is how the typical woman thinks, and how after a while, they eventually get to the point where they are trying a gazillion products at once without actually thinking about it one BIT!

This is why women want fat acceptance, and this is why they are so gawd awfully unhealthy!

I find it funny that this thread was started because it is a lot closer to the truth than I think you guys even realize.  In case you guys haven’t read my intro yet I am a medical student (taking my first board exam thursday in fact), and in school we’re taught about many psychiatric illnesses…which surprise mostly affect women! Some examples:

–  Major Depression, Cyclothymia, and Dysthymia (all pretty much forms of depression but to varying extents)

– Generalized Anxiety Disorder, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

– Various personality disorders such as Borderline Personality Disorder (the crazy one who slashes your tires), Histrionic Personality Disorder (the promiscuous one who does ANYTHING for some attention), and Dependent Personality Disorder (the annoying one who cant make ANY decisions without your input).

– Anorexia and Bullemia Nervosa (eating disorders)

– Somatiform Pain Disorder (experiencing pain in response to intense emotions or stress) and Fibromyalgia (not really proven to be psychiatric yet…but guess what the treatment is for it…ANTIDEPRESSANTS)

– *edit* I forgot a big one here….ATTEMPTED SUICIDE….women are much more likely to attempt suicide than men, usually via drug overdose or wrist cutting.  However, it should be noted that men are much more likely to COMMIT suicide because they tend to use guns or hanging (also..MY OPINION…because when guys decide to do something…they do it and make sure they do it right).

 

But really I believe that it truly is a combination of biology, environment and habits, as well as mentality all have a profound effect on why “women tend to be more sick than men.”  I mean you have to consider that when they say they’re sick…they might just be on their period…which can cause cramping, nausea, and vomiting to varying degrees. Or actually PMSing (yes it is a real thing) which is actually  much rarer than women make it out to be- I personally believe that women tend to play this one up a bit…but that’s just MY opinion and in no way represents the whole medical community.

Also for some reason women are more likely to be affected by certain autoimmune diseases like Lupus and Polymyalgia Rheumatica (kinda like Fibromyalgia…but legit).  So there certainly are quite a few biological factors to consider there.

I feel I should explain what I meant after reading these other posts.  I was living in an economically depressed area at the time, and not covering for a woman was considered “sexist.”  I wasn’t being a jackass, I meant to say that not covering for a woman would get a man fired, and well, I would have had to not eat.  So, some bitch has the sniffles, she gets free medical care, I’m two miles over, I have to starve for 3 months if I fail to cover for her…

Years ago, a buddy of mine explained that when a wife of xx years wants a boob job, it’s not for you.

This is mostly in response to hotnoob’s input above.

Their lying actions are displayed at face value in the end, “Oh, I can’t lose the weight” or a QUICK ineffective starvation diet so they look like hell and quit the diet before their ass gets down to human sized.

But then… what to their wandering hyper game us eyes should appear, but a better deal Santa. This is immediately follwed by a well thought out diet, that is adhered to so strictly as to make Sparta look like a sheep farm.       50 lbs…gone…no problemo.    The  “I CAAAANNNNN’T” lie is now accurately subtitled, “you were not worth it to me due to briffault’s law.”     “I’ve got you via the courts because you were stupid enough to marry me.”

In time, they will revert to their true selves.

Giveaways include: fat arms, fat faces, wearing black, taking tiny high heeled steps, saying, “THING Q” instead of, “thank you”   because it sounds so petite!

Excuse for sounding preachy but you seem new and young so might need to know something about this site and MGTOW.

As a med school prof I can tell you that the correlation does not prove causation. And I don’t want to make this a “whose is bigger thread”. I’m just pointing out the reality us men who have seen and most spent numerous hours fighting against what u hear on these threads. Your hearing the collective wisdom of a great group of guys that have been in the trenches and know things like why women abuse sick time.

That women have numerous “conditions” that make them weak. Notice all the “illnesses” women get are unprovable? It is my contention that women have majority of the votes for the DSM and have included their invented illnesses to further confirm their reasons for abusing vacation time.

My hypothesis: if woman are really sick they would get sick on random days not only on Friday and Monday.

Here is my data and conclusion. Observation: only young cute women get the manager to most frequently give them sick time off Fridays and Mondays. The rest off the staff have to do double work and may have to stay late.

Conclusion: my null hypothesis is proven wrong and women have been proven to abuse the sick leave.

This experiment has been replicated many times over and the guys here are telling you about it for free. I try to listen and learn.

There are many reasons for everything. Here many of us have divorces and first hand experiace of how these women actually use sick time with no attempt to hide the fact they were really playing hookie and screwing her co-workers at work

I have Chron’s disease, so, on the regular, I feel like a bag of s~~~. It really p~~~es me off to see anybody complaining about being sick. I understand that my ‘normal’ is to feel like s~~~, it’s not exactly a walk in the park. You have the sniffles? That’s great. My intestines want to jump out of my body.

Mind you, what they consider sick and injured is completely different from what we think. Sniffles? Back ‘sore’ from sitting in a comfortable chair all day at her desk job while you did back-breaking labor all day? Why, that requires sympathy and waiting on her hand and foot.

104 degree fever and vomiting? You’re faking it. Go work out in the bitter December cold.
Knee scoped from hockey injury? You’re faking it. Get up on a roof with the rafters exposed while you’re still on crutches.
Took puck to nose and bled all over the ice then scored a goal the next shift? You better be able to work the next day.
Snapped your spine out whack deadlifting hundreds pounds and can barely move? Listen to ER nurses make snide comments about men.
8 inch laceration on your forearm you taped up with electric tape and worked the rest of the day? Why, she has a paper cut.
Worked all day in bitter cold and wind? She had to put a sweater on in the office.

Not really, that was actually pretty spot on.  I had an ex-girlfriend whose roommate is just like HotNoob’s post.  She claimed the “mean old company fired her for being sick” for like most of the year.

I once had this royal bitch as a supervisor who would sit back and read dog magazines while I busted my ass making her look good. The salary she drew for sitting on her ever growing ass doing next to nothing was incredible. The time I got called in by upper management for bowing up at her during one of her frequent tirades was priceless. She never exploded on me again after that episode while she continued to do that to the others under her.

After that, she made her mangina sell me his killer .308 mountain rifle for next to nothing so at least she did something for me.

Why are they always sick? Easy, they all know a white knight who will gladly cover for their sorry asses.

@soulman. I saw your comment about working in waste water treatment. That is the career field I was in for the past 20 years. I actually enjoyed the work. That tampon that looked like a f~~~ing albino muskrat floating in the grit chamber still haunts me. Didn’t miss too many days when I was actually sick. I called in sick the day the Toronto Blue Jays won their 1st world series. I had to watch history in the making.

I do believe the need for attention is the driving force. I lived with a woman for the first 18 years of my life  who was somewhat of a hypochondriac. Something wrong every day. It got where I would just be indifferent towards the complaints. I believe they just want to be rescued and coddled.

I came home from work one afternoon. The now ex was sitting in the easy chair pounding away at the Nintendo controller. The living room looked like Toy R Us had exploded in it and the dishes hadn’t been done for a couple of days. I felt somewhat disappointed. She then starts in on me as to how rough her day was. I responded  “Why is that? Didn’t you get to level 2 on Super Mario Brothers?” oh the drama.

Son of a bitch am I ever happy to be single. It’s almost a f~~~ing crime.

This is why women are pushed to be “strong and independant”. And what they mean by independant is not “I can live without assistance” as men do of themselves.

Women love attention, and it is like a drug to them. If acting sick gets them more attention then they will do it.

I can attest to that, my wife always has some kind of ailment, some non-descript stomach ache, her toe hurts, her back is sore and my favorite “the head ache” her list is endless; I used to run to her aid and rub her back, foot, head. I now stand at the door say “that sucks hope you feel better” and go back to the living room and catch up on some much needed relaxation.
