I’ve fairly recently got into cooking and preparing my own meals after getting tired of drive-thrus, heat lamp or fridge shelves at grocery stores, take out at restaurants, and whatever else. That Gordon Ramsey puts my current cooking skill to shame…ha! Maybe some of you men can agree but I’ve been robbed and starved by the gynocentric system though I was too young and dumb to comprehend. NEVER GET MARRIED AND/OR COHABITATE WITH A WOMAN! (Wusthoff vs Shun vs I’m freaking money hungry, Women repel men for numerous reasons.

I have been cooking since I was a little kid. In my 72 years, I’ve never known one single female who had the 1st clue on how to cook. Their idea of cooking is to microwave a pre-packaged, expensive, frozen dinner.
Any MGTOW needs to learn the simple art of cooking, as a matter of self defense.
Todays very simple cooking tip: To make the very best corn-on-the-cob, bring a large pot of water to a rapid boil, NO SALT ! Husk the corn, remove all the “strings”. Boil the corn for exactly 10 minutes. Remove to a dinner plate, butter generously, salt and enjoy

Love to cook: quesadillas, meatb~~~~, chili, omelettes, the list goes on.

I started cooking because i wanted to know how many calories i was eating. I was overweight most of my life, so at first cooking was strictly pratical. Now i enjoy cooking just for its own sake.

Love to cook. I find it hard to buy food even in “Good” restaurants because it is usually pretty ordinary. I prefer what I make myself.

I enjoy cooking because it’s an art! Following directions are one thing, improving on them is entirely another, and having good cookware is most important.

I recently bought a Sous-vide cooker, it holds temperatures to within 1/10 of 1 degree f. Tender meats and melt in your mouth fish! Even my mom doesn’t have one (yet) and she’s an awesome cook!

I’ve been cooking since I was 11, right after my mom moved out. I had to live on Mac and Cheese and Cornish hens (Sundays) for a long while with my dad. I took 6 years of cooking in junior high and high school, because I knew I wasn’t going to have a wife do it. You got to cook for yourself if you decided to not marry like me. I’ve cooked whole chickens, fish, soups, salads, burgers on the grill, and of course basic stuff. In fact I want to try to make this spinach and chicken salad with warm bacon dressing I had last week. I was good and I need to eat better since I keep gaining weight.

I don’t know if I love cooking or not. I do it because I have to.

Wow, man that’s excellent. I hadn’t a clue such an invention existed. Thanks for sharing.

There are many so-called experts that claim red meat is bad for you. I don’t agree. It is the basis for the “paleo” diet.

The thing to avoid, at all costs, is hydrogenated fat, like Crisco and margarine etc. Nature has never seen anything like hydrogenated fats and the body doesn’t know what to do with it, so it deposits it in your arteries.

Super easy Recipe for the day: Home-Made Meatloaf. This may look complicated but it is dead simple

    Pre-heat oven to 350 F

2 lbs of 80/20 ground beef (80% lean to 20% fat)
1 med-lg yellow onion, chopped finely
    1 med carrot, grated finely
    2 whole eggs
4 oz of crushed saltine crackers
    1/2 cup catsup
    1 tsp ground thyme
    1 TBLSP of dried parsley
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    1 TBLSP of Worcestershire Sauce
    3/4 tsp salt
    3/4 tsp black pepper

Put everything in a large bowl. Using your hands, mix everything very, very well. Put the meatloaf in a baking pan (like a cake pan or a glass baking dish). Now shape the uncooked meatloaf into a shape that you like, Mine is about 1 3/4 inches high X 8″ X 8″.
Use your fingers to make a space all around the edges between the pan and the meatloaf. This will catch the fat as it bakes.
    Bake for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and carefully drain off all that bad fat.
Return to oven and continue to bake for 20 minutes more.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly for 15-20 minutes prior to slicing.
Tip: use the same oven heat to bake your potato at the same time as the meatloaf bakes.

Some guys may want brown gravy to serve over the meatloaf.
If so, just ask and I’ll tell you an easy way to make it.

Hint: sliced cold meatloaf makes excellent sandwiches.
Also it can be wrapped well and frozen. Just thaw out in micro on defrost. But if you just put it in the ref it MUST be eaten within 7 days or it will go bad.

The sous vide and instant type pressure cooker are your best friends when it comes to technological advancement in cooking. I love to grill but sometimes the weather doesn’t allow and I’m also a fan of perfectly prepared meats that the sous vide can produce. The most popular electric pressure cookers out right now are the Instant Pots. There are a ton of different ones on the market and they are good for preparing larger meals all at once. You can actually make spaghetti, prep to dish (with noodles) in around 15 minutes. Pretty awesome. Either of these devices have a huge presence on the web and YouTube has amazing info on how to get the most out of both.

    I love cooking!
    You are what you eat.

If you use fresh organic produce, meat and fish, you can make sure that you are not chemicaly castrated by all the s~~~ they put into fast food.

I never eat out anymore and feel much healthier since then.
