If “lying before sex” and misrepresentation automatically qualifies as “criminal” and/or “rape”….
every woman would get 30 years – in the electric chair.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

Women get a slap on the wrist if anything and men go to jail.

    I have trust in women.

Their demands for “equality ” will never end no matter how much they get.

All this will do is drive yet more men towards MGTOW. When seemingly the only thing that will not get you publicly labelled as a raping scumbag by feminists and the social justice retards is actual rape why is any sane man going to put himself in any position that opens him to such accusation. Then of course the lack of “good men” will all be men’s fault for “not being able to handle strong independent women” or some other such bollocks. Sow the wind ladies, just don’t complain when it’s time to reap the whirlwind.

They won’t stop there. Next it will be a crime just to think about asking a woman on a date.

Whenever the final sane New Jersey refugee leaves the State please turn off the lights as you depart.

I used to spend a lot of time up there on business. I remember on one visit they had a big stink on the local news about someone putting up a volley ball net on the beach without a permit. I think nearly everything is against the law there unless your last name happens to be Corzine.

I’m no lawyer, but it seems that the definition is way too broad as the other lawyer said.  Say for example, a guy meets a woman in a bar.  He’s pretending to be a Dr., she’s pretending to be a sane human being.  They have sex, and then she finds out he’s not really a Dr.  She claims fraud because she slept him because he was  Dr.   Of course, she won’t declare in advance that that’s why she’s sleeping with him.   He should counter with fraud because he thought she had sex with him because she wanted to.  She said “I want you”,”I’m so horny”, “You’re so sexy”.  She never said “I want me some Dr”, or “I love your money”.  In normal fraud cases, it’s clear that money was given based on a lie.  For sex, you’d have to clearly state (in advance)  that the lie was your motivator for sex.

Reminds me of the recent story about the guy who was rich but acted poor.  His girlfriend broke up with him because he didn’t share hos financial goals.  Is she going to claim rape because he didn’t tell her he was really rich?  ridiculous.

It almost seems like a law like this could work against false rape claims. In most of the false claims, consensual sex occurs, or at least the man is meant to believe it’s consensual, and then the woman turns on him.  Really unnecessary though, as current law against false reports should be enough.

    Ok. Then do it.

    @narwhal,
A pal, who happens to be a lawyer, tells me, “the best advice your lawyer can give you is stay out of court.” It’s a crap shoot whether that defense would work or not. A good lawyer will cost about what a fully paid for house does. Do any of us want to throw that kind of money around? This, after being arrested and tossed in jail for a time.

As for me, I just won’t ask them out in the first place. If I want to get laid, an “escort” will cost less than a bail bondsman’s fee. There are other advantages too.

If the justice system works as it’s supposed to, ie prove beyond reasonable doubt, the guy just has to say he never made himself out to be a rich man so it is his word against hers.  Hopefully there aren’t texts or emails.  Anyway, I’ll post my response on that site below.

There should also be laws against gold digging.  That’s the real fraud going on here.  You’re just upset because what you thought was going to be your cash machine isn’t.  You were defrauded while you were attempting to defraud someone else and you were doing it with lies.  Do you wear makeup?  That’s a lie.  You don’t really look like that.  Do you wear high heels?  That’s a lie.  You’re not that tall and your legs aren’t that long.  Do you wear a push up or padded bra?  That’s a lie.  Your breasts aren’t that big or perky.  Do you bat your eyes, act very kind and loving, tell men you love them?  That’s a lie.  you’re not a kind, loving person.  You only love his wealth and lifestyle and you’re too lazy to put in the work to achieve it yourself.  Lying to get sex is wrong but so is lying to get a rich man to fall for you so you can use lopsided divorce laws to rob him of everything he has worked his whole life for.  That is how all gold digging relationships end, which is no coincidence, and it is what you are looking for.  you are a deceitful, selfish, self-centered, lazy, parasitic gold digger and you should be charged for your fraud as well.

just another potential law to incriminate even more people for idiotic things…such is the way these days. It won’t be long before it’s impossible to be breaking some sort of law just by existing…soon men going their own way won’t just be an option, it will be the ONLY way to go…of course then, they’ll probably label us possible “terrorists” i’m sure…

As we all know this would be a law entirely enforced on the male population. Just as getting a rape charge filed against a woman or a sex crime of any sort this would always end up with a probation or suspended sentence. A man would end up with 20-years.

As was Obi Wan said in Empire Strikes Back, “You’ll find many of the truths we hold dear depend greatly on our own point of view.” I don’t know about you men, but the law and politicians have rarely if ever held my same point of view.

We should each have a once a year “plus 10 thumbs up button” for when a MGTOW comes up with thoughts this accurate and words them this articulately. My hat is off to you Sir.

You know, I could be wrong, but I’m pretty sure he said that in Jedi. Anybody?
