    My suggestion is pick the people you want to follow and read their older posts. You really get a sense of who that person is. As for calming down the rage? You might want to take a hiatus from the site for a while for that. A lot of rage shows up here to get dumped. If you’re already p~~~ed and hurting this site is a good place to let it all out. But, misery loves company, so try to avoid dwelling on the past. This place is like a bar with lots of rooms. It’s never a good idea to spend too much time at the bar. Challenge yourself everyday. Get out and live.
