Well, like you stated, there was an exodus of participants, and new participants are not allowed to join.

It has been slower around here because of this, but it has also been a hell of a lot more PEACEFUL…..Some new blood might be nice, but the lack of drama and tuna hunts etc. has been a WELCOME relief from the way this place would get some time even prior to the trolling B.S. that we endured after the exodus.

KM is keeping the lights on, and there are still plenty of Red Pills being dispensed DAILY !!!

Maybe, he’ll open it up again in the future, and maybe it will all just go dark, but hey nothing is forever and everything is temporary. So, we’re still doing what we do for as long as we can do it.

No problem Daryl. I cannot speak for others but during that lock out a lot of guys posted in a way I found distasteful. Disrespecting this place. So I stepped back from that. Problem for me was it was all the guys I spoke to the most often on here. So when everyone initially went to GYOW I posted there saying that I would be keeping a foot in this camp and that. Before I I chance to post things fell apart on the GYOW apparently and TIM was set up. I have been made welcome there and as I said I respect the guys there and they respect me but check my post count and you’ll see I have hardly posted. But that is because I hardly post anywhere these days. Maybe it will continue. Maybe it won’t.

I have never really been far away. I have posted here in recent months. Not much but here and there.
I saw this place as a fairly tight group but then it splintered. Then splintered more and I felt I had to decide which side my loyalties lay. They lay with the individuals I enjoy talking to. That just so happens to be here and on TIM. But I will not be part of of the sort of s~~~ we saw last year even though I respect some of the guys who behaved in a manner I find unacceptable.

Hi Doc, we have held on well here considering the law of entropy. Without new blood, this site must evetntually fade.

I do wish there was a more traffic here and I would love to see new blood. What I do not miss at all however are the “angry insecure low status male” spats and the tuna hunting. A lot of good men left. It was a hard blow and they are missed. However it is also true to say that almost all the unpleasant unhelpful men left too. One can now have a civilised conversation.

I would be up for participating in a bid to buy out the site if one ever took place. This place is worth rescuing. We really do have something important to say and we need to bring people in.

You are right about how things unfolded during the exodus period. Good and bad left the site. Some left because of the lock out but a few just got bored and walked anyway. I am still in touch with several via email and other means.

Still here, I only check out the site on weekends, due to work and ghosting when I am public facing.

I’d like to believe that everyone is too busy going there own way, being successful and enjoying the fruits of their labours etc… and posting here is not the highest life priority (I know I am).
The forums are nice, but they are just another form of social media, and I think we have already established what a time-wasting addictive evil social media can be if it gets out of hand.

That’s why I was somewhat bewildered by “The Exodus”, as it has been put.
Some technical problems and there’s this massive backlash, like teen-girls crying in anguish because they can’t get onto Snapchat or Instagram or whatever the hell is so popular with that demographic.
Geez, it just wasn’t a manly reaction at all…

I kind of like the new pace actually, I felt like it was starting to become a bit of a “cult of personality”.
I appreciate the stuff other members find, it encourages me to stay the course when I start to doubt.
But would definitely like to see new members.
