I normally go for a walk . Might . Just want to explode . S~~~ got changed on me again . Its like i am been diverted to get my head to focus back on going threw paper .

Just hang on tight for the bumpy ride (I know that’s s~~~ advice but what else can I say).

When ever I’m at a f~~~ing loss, or sliding down the slipery slope, I go back to basics. Diet, excercise, sleep, shut out the c~~~s and f~~~tards.

Work on some small goals, even if it’s just to get outside and walk around, clear your head with the sea breeze. Vent, fume, purge some negative s~~~ from the system and look at how to make the most out of what you have.

I don’t remember our country being corrupt during the 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, but maybe it wasn’t so much on display then. I find it is therapeutic to keep track of people that Fked with me over the years on the behalf of Princess. Why you say?

Because they will get divorced, they will lose jobs, they will go through rough times too. Call it Karma or call it bad luck but everyone goes through rough times. When that happens to them through no fault of yours feel free to drop them an anonymous card in the mail…..in the case of a divorce something that reads “Heard your wife screwed the pool boy and took your house and car. Couldn’t have happened to a better guy! You deserved every bit of it!”. Something friendly like that. No you wont be there to see the look on their face but won’t it be fun anyways? The best part is that you don’t have to do a thing except wait.

Play the long game. I know it is very hard sometimes but you have too. Survive and thrive despite the s~~~ they put you through.
