I agree with all who are saying the first step is not associate with women, really anyone, who will behave this way. I’d also say that it appears as though the man in question didn’t give the woman a good warning. I’m not at all saying a warning is required, but if you’re goal is to avoid having to hit a woman, a stern warning is a damn good idea.

Make sure she understands that you are holding back your anger and you do not intend to hold back that anger if she escalates. Let her see the rage in your eyes. Stand up and tower over her if you have the size advantage. Let her know that she does have something to fear. “If you hit me, you will regret it.”

If you look at the video above, in all cases, a good warning is missing. The woman actually believed that they could get away with it partially because the man never let her know that she couldn’t.

If society fair/just (for real fair, not special treatment fair) then man/woman/other would never need or be graced with a warning, In said fair world it would be understood if you hit somebody then expect to get hit.
I think my old fashioned upbringing has left me with certain ‘conditioning’ mislabelled as values (and it annoys me that I still fell some misplaced pride in those values) that have socially hobbled me when it comes to dealing with these sort of bitches. Even to the point that when some c~~~ gets up and screeching in my face I’m not equipped to deal with it. I do hope that in time all the clever things I think of after the fact will come to mind at the time (much like some of you quicker witted, less blue pilled chaps).

I don’t advocate violence against anyone, I only said women because I don’t want somebody getting the idea that I think it’s okay to go around hitting girls, just because some females in the video got into a fight.

However like you pointed out, I do believe in self defense, regardless of your sex.

Having a girlfriend is like owning a gun, the longer your around it, the more you want to shoot it.

Doc’s question was not a personal dig.

Almost EVERYONE understands that violence is unacceptable.
The people who don’t –>> are those who initiate it without regard for consequences.

And in this case, it’s women themselves.

So you don’t need to explain that you don’t endorse violence (or violent retaliation).
It’s THEY who need to explain, justify and answer for it.

Yes, but that isn’t the world we live in. Humans aren’t really condition to follow what’s fair, even when it’s clearly spelled out for them. We still want to test the boundaries to see what we can get away with. As I think you stated, you wouldn’t know how to deal with, and therefore her ‘test’ would have worked out ok for her. Or maybe not.

Besides that, many people that it is perfectly fair for a woman to hit a man because she can’t seriously hurt him. A man should be able to take that. People honestly believe that is fair for a woman to slap a man, or damage his properly just because he hurt her feelings.

Fair is subjective.

I’ve had this happen three times in person in my life. Twice it didn’t involve a man going to jail, but that once made it clear, better to walk away if you can.

The first time was when I was at a party and my friend’s girlfriend got to screaming and punching. She even drew blood punching him in the mouth. When he hit back in self defense, the cops showed up and arrested him, in spite of the fact all of us telling them she started it and others wanting to press charges on her.

Many legal bills later, he did get cleared, but it cost a lot.

The second time, it was when I was breaking up with a girl in school. She got so upset she punched me in the stomach, or well she tried. She wailed away, punched me right in the stomach, but I didn’t react because it didn’t do anything. The everyone watching reacted and I just walked away, laughing. Worked out in the end because she never heard the end of it.

The very best was back in Labor Day of 1999, someone’s crazy Ex with “years of expert Martial Arts training” came, saying she was going to “beat the crap out of him”.

The cops where called, and it got scary, when she pulled out a set of nunchucks.

Well, it got scary until she tried to use them. Cops ended up arresting her for concealed weapons, and had to call an ambulance because she broke her own jaw and gave herself a concussion. She beat herself bloody with those stupid things. I thought stories of people beating the crap out of themselves where a joke until I saw that.

KM is right, the first sign that she is trash like that, get away from her. You’ll be happy you did. I consider myself lucky to have learned in time.

PS: Here in Ohio, the cops can arrest you and still have an ambulance haul you away. I have heard of them literally handcuffing people to the hospital bed.

Some years ago I made a girl angry as hell, she did not hit me, instead she started throwing kicks at the furniture and almost broke a window with her hand. why all the fuss over wether the person who hit you was a woman or man? Gender is a fluid thing now. Tell the judge YOU identified as a woman and assumed that when it started swinging at you, that it identified as a man… Because clearly, a woman would not sink to such behavior.

Whenever this s~~~ happens to me I ask myself “What would Mike do?” WWMD? My first GF claimed to be MMA expert. She f~~~ing assaulted me out of the blue one day because I wasn’t really very attracted to her. She found out I can hit a lot harder than she can. All of her martial arts training didn’t amount to s~~~ against me. Women who are into MMA and wrestling believe they can kick any man’s ass. After all, they see it in all the Hollywood movies. Then when they try it they get hurt. All I did was block her kicks and she broke her ankle and started crying. Lol. If they hit you, you hit harder! That’s how the game is played.
