Getting a woman to cheat is not like getting her to go to the gym. All you gotta do is throw it in front of her face. Cheating is a woman’s lifeblood. She cheats her age. Something’s on a downward spiral here. I’m trying to connect the dots.

I remember when emotional infidelity had the potential to tear couples and families apart. When emotional infidelity was a thing so was the social shaming. It didn’t even involve f~~~ing but it was a pretty big deal, and the person became somewhat of a social pariah as word got around. That was perhaps reason enough not to do it; ostracism from the clique or the pack is worse than the collapse of a relationship. But some people still cheat and there will always be people who cheat because people are f~~~ing stupid that way.

(Not stupid for cheating. Stupid for placing themselves in a situation in the first place where they have no other option).

Then s~~~ progressed and became physical, and as it became more and more physical it should’ve shocked peoples morality more. But…no. I think we just started to crumble as a collective who had the potential to do the right thing and keep our word, or to think of better options, or do something, anything. ANY OTHER ALTERNATIVE. The social shaming petered down and people kind of got used to the idea of cheating as being a ‘thing that people do’. I’m sure it still hurts like buggery to be on the receiving end but it’s so commonplace now that the stigma is slowly shifting towards it being an acceptable thing.

Think on that for a moment: it’s becoming more and more socially acceptable to cripple other people emotionally for your own selfish gains and reasons. There are less and less repercussions to a point where you may as well go for it. Plus people have this mentality of ‘someone cheated on me, who gives a f~~~, I’m going to go around cheating now’ so it’s feeding this vicious uroboros. Did I mention most people are complete dumb-f~~~s? Yep.

Now it’s bat an eyelid, suck a dick. Take a breath, spread your legs. Shove Chads c~~~ up your ass while you’re at it, it’s all the same and everybody’s doing it so why not me? Social shaming doesn’t even work on that type of skank because the social view supports the behaviour. It’s championed. You go girl!

Cheating, is as it’s always been; a dishonorable action. The action hasn’t changed, but people’s perception of it has. The change of perception still doesn’t make the action any less or more wrong than it’s always been. A huge part of the problem is that people allow themselves to be ruled by their perceptions, as opposed to logic and reason. This is why something that socially acceptable now, may fundamentally be taboo later.
