He was sentenced to life with no possibility of parole until he serves 36 years.

It was due to a multi felony situation. Including rape. And he didn’t help his situation out when he ‘explained’ to the judge that he couldn’t have raped her because she’s a porn star and ‘has sex even when she is at work’
