@mgtow Knight: I know you want answers to your questions. I get that. I actually went back and talked to several of my exes from before marriage. This was sort of an social experiment and something I felt I needed at this point in my life…to find answers. Everything said here is truth, by their own admission.

I had one ex assume I would cheat, because I was handsome and had a lot of attractive girls interested in me (just like her). She would go on dates or make out with guys behind my back and try to justify it to avoid being crushed by me doing it. Yet, I never cheated. We were high school sweethearts and we rode this shocking wave until we were in our early 20’s off and on, until I finally found the strength and dignity to cut her loose. When I asked her about this a few years ago (over 25 years ago now), she said it was all her fault. She was too scared I would cheat, and I got under her skin like no other man in her life. She still kept a little diamond ring I gave her when she was 16 that my mother had given me to give to her. She took a picture of it on her kitchen counter, because I couldn’t believe it she still had it.

Another ex actually gave me the ultimate s~~~ test by setting me up with her good friend. She made out with me before I left with her friend, though. I was totally confused by that. I ended up f~~~ing her friend that night. I figured if she is setting me up with her friend, she must not care about me anymore. I asked her 20 years later why she did that, she said never said she was the smartest girl out there. She also said she was madly in love with me at the time but never told me that. She still has all the s~~~ I ever gave her in a special box in her garage.

I had another ex apologize for breaking up with me for my Chad friend at the time about 23 years ago. He was whispering sweet nothings into her away and telling her I was a player and was cheating on her. She got consumed by this and gave into it, plus I was leaving for the Marines and she was afraid I’d f~~~ all kinds of women. These were all her imaginary made up thoughts she never told me about at the time. My ex Chad friend ended up beating her ass on the regular after I left for the Marines. I was her first and she never got over me. I ended up f~~~ing her again, and she pretty much did the same s~~~ with a different guy. LOLOL. They never change!! At least the pussy was much better this time.

In case it hasn’t been said already, let me offer a few insights about Chad.

Chad doesn’t have to be better looking, more muscular, more wealthy, more interesting, darker skinned or have more connections than you. Those are not the qualities that make a chad so stop comparing yourself to Chad on these counts.

What makes a Chad is that he dominates your girlfriend and makes her feel like s~~~. He was a dick to her when they met, he treats her like crap, he makes her work for his attention and he is a constant source of uncertainty and self-doubt in her life.

You, on the other hand, probably cared about her and were nice to her. That’s why she is with Chad.

Yeah this last paragraph resonated with me. I always attempt to logically decipher every aspect of my life. My childhood was rough to say the least, so I learned at the age of 7 that I had to figure things out for myself. I always ask these hypothetical questions, when I TRULY already know the answer. The reason I ask these questions is because I don’t want to face the answer. Eventually reason will triumph over my emotions, and all this bulls~~~ will recede. It has been that way for me since day 1. This c~~~ will be nothing more than a fleeting moment in my timeline.

I understand this fully. In my case, my mother was an ICE QUEEN when I was growing up. I was always “just like your father” who left her when I was 1 y/o. She never let me forget it! She had a love/hate relationship with me my whole life, because he left and she was stuck with me. It’s totally f~~~ed up, but it affected my mind in ways I didn’t understand until much later in life. I was a handsome kid, so there was no shortage of women for me. However, I was pretty much MGTOW growing up EXCEPT I needed love and validation from women that my mother never gave me. It made me thirsty for women, even though I knew they were poison. It fueled a blue-pill thirsty mentality for years to come…always trying to earn their love and affections. One day, it just died inside. I have not been the same since.

Man I feel for you @ Nero. What you really needed as a child was a good father figure. My mother was abusive as hell. She would always scald me for being her “mistake”. My mother had me when she was 16. She was a real piece of work tbh, but man she wouldn’t forget to smoke the crack… Yeah women have damaged me more than any man ever has. Yep. My (now ex-) wife left me for an unemployed high-school dropout with two kids from a failed marriage who lives in a trailer in a rough neighborhood. I have fairly strong evidence that “Chad” himself is a druggie (obtained via a neutral third-party). Did I mention that she had a child with “Chad” while we were still technically married? Did I also mention that I used to support my wife (she didn’t work) — but now *she* has to work to support “Chad”?

This all used to bother me — until I realized how uncomplicated life has become. Much less stress, more money, more free time (even after working longer hours). My ONLY regret? That I can’t get into a time machine and tell myself, at 18 years old, to forget about women and focus on doing what I enjoy. These days, I’d rather work on hobbies than get laid… maybe I’m just getting old, but I also see women for what they are.
