In my opinion it’s not what she does, but what you do to yourself that is the worst. You sell your soul to the devil. Is it the devil’s fault? You’re willing give up your freedom, your life, your income, and your future for what? The promise of happiness? You could have given that to yourself for free. Access to pussy? Not chasing and even rejecting pussy means you will get more. You put all the time and effort in to someone who will dump you at the first sign of trouble. You lose gave up your confidence and your self-esteem trying to please some woman. Only when I took accountability for my behavior did I change it. The best thing about MGTOW is the worst thing about Blue Pill. Bluepill you give away your power. MGTOW you take it back and keep it.

I think the worst thing about blue pill life is the powerlessness.

You are conditioned from a young age to follow a specific path. You can choose what job you want, but make sure you make enough to provide for a woman. You can choose what hobbies you take, but make sure they aren’t things that make you a loser.

You are never allowed to empower yourself, unless it is a by-product of helping someone else.

A solid 80% of activities while having a girlfriend involves going out to eat. They expect it.

In my LTRs I ended up going out to eat at least 4-5 times per week. Friday Dinner, Saturday Brunch, Saturday Dinner, Sunday Lunch, Mid-week Dinner.

That really adds up when you think about it. Restaurants offer high calorie, high fat and high sodium foods.

You do that routine for 6 months or longer and you are really going to pack on the pounds. Add the stress of the relationship and you’ve got an issue on your hands.

After my 3.5 year relationship I lost a total of 55 lbs. Simply cutting out fast food and going out to eat did wonders for my health.
