As discussed, today pork tenderloin is on the grill in honor of LordArrow’s entering US Army active duty and for Jan. Midwest comfort food is cooking Gents.

Pasta, fresh veggies, salads and Wisconsin cheese on the table.

a little chicken masala over here..

i grill the chicken on the BBQ,
    gives it a nice flavor.
..if you want to make it EASY…
get a couple jars of masala sauce from trader joes..
THEN add 1/2 cup of coconut milk.
    BANG!!!
    upgraded!!
    ..hope you guys try it.
    put it over rice..
    basmati if possible.

Well it’s not today but yesterday I made some baby back ribs in the oven. Wrapped them in foil, in the oven for 2 hours. Rubbed them with some Jack Daniels Honey BBQ sauce, put it back in the oven for 30 minutes, then unwrapped the foil, and turned on the broiler to give the sauce a little char. Turned out amazing.

As far as tonight is concerned, I’m making brownies with walnuts.

all washed down with Coors Lite.

Coors Light got you a star from me.

Tonight is chicken legs, cauliflower, and my last 2 bottles of Coors Light, which I had to chisel ice out of my mini fridge to free them.

Roast pork and chips with some peas. I’ve learned how to use the pressure cooker and slow cooker recently too for making awesome curries, where the meat falls apart in your mouth.
