I get tired of Liberals and their slanted views on issues. They seem to have tunnel vision and see just a goal without realizing the consequences of achieving that goal.

I read Quora sometimes and when I read an answer that just plain p~~~es me off I sometimes respond. The question was something to the effect of “Should we have single payer healthcare and would you care if your taxes got raised even if it meant that the quality of healthcare would go down?”. Some liberal jumped on it and started talking about Tens of Millions of people not getting healthcare so yes he would rather pay taxes that pay the premiums that his small business pays. He thinks he would pay less. He went on about similar things like some people have such high co-pays it like not having insurance unless it is something catastrophic. Of course he just couldn’t see how the quality would go down. Below is my response.

How the quality of health care would go down is that all of a sudden you have Tens of Millions of people added to the health care system without the additional healthcare providers to help with the sudden influx of patients. Another issue is now that healthcare is basically “Free” everytime little Johnny or little Sue gets a minor cold it is off to the Doctor’s office. Then you would have the Hypochondriacs going in everytime they hear about some illness in the news or from someone saying that someone in their family had it. The healthcare system would be overwhelmed and not everyone would be seen or taken care off. Long waiting lines, a panel deciding who gets what care, restrictions on medications because the Pharmaceutical industry couldn’t keep up with demand would also be a result of single payer insurance. Because of the lower pay that healthcare pros would have to take many of them would quit. Young people who once dreamed of becoming a Doctor or nurse or medical technician or some other field in the healthcare industry would have second thoughts and would start looking at other fields to get into. Insurance companies would be out of business (at the medical insurance part)so you would have a lot of people suddenly out of work. Young people just starting out in life would be taxed to the hilt to pay for others medical care. They would have a very rough time buying a house, cars or starting their own businesses. Just this alone would hurt the economy. So much money would be taken out of the economy that our economy would falter and take a very long time to recover (if ever). That is just some of the things I think would happen if we had government run health care. Have you ever seen or heard of the government run any of its program efficiently and effectively? Putting government in charge of our health would be a catastrophe. But to help those who can not get proper healthcare should also be a priority. I just don’t know what to do for them.

“What will the single payer for healthcare mean??”

It means the rich get free healthcare anytime they want. The poor get s~~~ty healthcare and they have to be on a waiting list. And the working class are denied healthcare, but they are forced to pay for the healthcare of everyone else.

Just like right now. Only instead of subsidizing the fascist healthcare industries, the government runs and owns all healthcare.

I disapprove of BOTH. Keep the government OUT and let market forces take over. Let the insurance companies compete across state lines. It will be better for everyone.

Exactly whats happening up here in Canada, both doctors and patients bilking the system and still people have to go outside the country cause the wait times are so long.

Why should I have to subsidize someones poor life style choices?
Make it like car insurance at least – better health record = less premiums.

Insurance and welfare are inflationary factors on prices. Abolishing insurance and welfare will cause prices will drop like a rock.

when I read a topic on MGTOW it p~~~es me off when its not understood what the problem is. Quora and Fakebook are no longer relevant to find an answer to a question, they were invaded by collectivists. The only place not invaded are male toilets.
