Here’s a thread for more bizarre random s~~~ from the land of the rising sun. お楽しみください. O tanoshimi kudasai. Please enjoy.

Maximum the Hormone. If Megadeth, The Clash, and Dimmu Borgir all had abortions and those abortions hired mid-meltdown Britney Spears to write their lyrics.

    More Maximum the Hormone.

This should not exist. Neither should my boner from watching it. Both are real.

Kill la Kill. Anime about vampiric clothes that get more powerful as they get sluttier, and other WTFs. It’s on Netflix and Hulu and stuff.

Please post your favorite Japan WTFs.

I hope the members of Band Maid are really the musicians we’re hearing. They appear to know their way around their instruments (of course most videos like this are shot to a pre-recorded studio track) and the music is as tight as a virgin asshole.

One of my favorite rock bands is from Japan (Tokyo Jihen) and is fronted by a bad-ass female singer named Shiina Ringo who made her bones playing guitar outside of a train station.

Believe it or not, I’ve seen better bands playing outside of train stations in Tokyo than I’ve seen on 3000 seat stages here in America. Creativity-wise they’re not particularly brilliant, but they kick ass at refining a style that was developed somewhere else.

I hope the members of Band Maid are really the musicians we’re hearing.

Also the concept of casting a band is pretty common there, hey even the Sex Pistols were casted. Band Maid is touring though so they better be able to play an instrument. Yet I wonder if they compose their own stuff it´s pretty cleanly arranged and well produced?

Some older stuff from Japan, maybe you know those guys?!

Like Anime´s too, Akira is one of my all time favourites or Urutsukidoji always worth a view.

Look into Takashi Miike´s stuff if you don´t know him already, highly recommend him, the following clip is part of a movie that up to this point is a normal gangster flick, lots of graphic violence, but just a gangster movie until it turns into this.. I laughed my ass off…

Ah, women. They make the highs higher and the lows more frequent. Friedrich Nietzsche

Not a fan of this band.

    Maximum the Hormone

I actually like quite a few songs from this band. Mainly because I know them from Death Note:

Kill la Kill. Anime about vampiric clothes that get more powerful as they get sluttier, and other WTFs. It’s on Netflix and Hulu and stuff.

Kill La Kill is awesome. Not for the plot, but for the ecchi and fight scenes.

S~~~ from Japan can be f~~~ed up, but I love it because it brings me great anime as well.
