    As my industry is becoming female dominant, it is becoming more like this rapidly.
    Profits and deliverables are at an all-time low. Guys with decades of experience are leaving the industry.
    The rest of us are left wondering what the hell it is that they do all day. Extended sushi luncheons aside, we are convinced they don’t even know.

    All I know is guys need to cut their unnecessary spending and know that if they need most stuff done right the first time, you hire men.

    Men know how to get things done right. May charge you a decent price for it. If they ever act like a woman and rationalize crap work never again and word will spread. Too many manginas adopting crappy female habits.

    Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.

    Companies/Governments have to hire more people because less actual work gets completed…..It’s a sign of the times….
