What Is A Good Man??

Hey Joseph,
I don’t want to disagree with you just for argument’s sake. But if it’s true that there’s no one who’s really ‘good’, maybe you could get all these women bitching at us about “Where have all the ‘good’ men gone?” and nagging me to “Man up… and be a good man”… to just realize that I’m not any good and shut the hell up. 🙂

That was a joke. ‘Hope you saw the humor.

Joking aside, see if you can answer this riddle: Monasteries are full of good men (monks) who live in relative isolation, spend their days praying, or meditating, and devote their lives to serving other people with no expectation of any compensation for it. Otherwise, they keep to themselves and are not out to change anything. By most accounts, these are some good men. Why is it then that no one harasses them for this? No bad press. NO SJW’s passing judgement on them. No feminists trying to bash down the doors of the monastery to get equal access.

Why do you suppose there’s such a huge difference in the reaction to MGTOW and the reaction to monks when it seems that we are apparently very similar?

There are only men and women. There are no “good” or “bad” men and women. That is a value judgement and is different from person to person.

From our perspective here we are only concerned with the men and they are such because they are male and inherently men.

Keep your judgements to yourself and we’ll keep ours but don’t pass judgement on folks when no “good” and “bad” exist. Only in your imagination.
