Whenever I see posts about “ghosting,” I get confused. I assume they’re talking about being invisible to others around them.

To me, it means not blending in with the herd, but not standing out either.

I believe that I probably do ghost most of the time. It’s not hiding from the public eye or giving anyone the silent treatment. It certainly is not defined by my relationship status. It’s more of an avoidance of jumping into the mainstream and immersing myself in contemporary life. It’s more like strolling along the shore and doing my own thing while at the same time observing the fast moving current of society; everyone and everything seeming to race along and ride the rapids of the latest big trends and fads. For me, it’s also turning away from any occasional temptations to just dive in and go with the flow.

It’s defined in the glossary like this:

“GHOST” in the MGTOW context is a Noun or verb (“ghosting”) – meaning making oneself scarce. Unplugging from the societal matrix, turning one’s back on all forms of cultural bombardment, and living “off the grid” as it were – either in attitude, or actuality – and making no overtures about it.

I would also add that it would be the on the other side or spectrum of what puas and/or mainstream expects or demands of men. If my understanding is correct, in PUA circles, the goal is to stand out, be alpha, attract the attention of whichever woman you so desire and then PUA’s go about on different techniques on how to do this. Going ghost is totally the opposite, where you stay low and try NOT to attract attention. It reminds me of a quote from american gangster

Now there are (and I have nothing against) MGTOW’s who still interact or date or even have intimate relationships with women, but at least my understanding of MGTOW is minimizing the risk to yourself and maximizing your potential freedom. Going ghost is probably one of the best ways to minimize the risk to your well being by avoiding the attention of those who can potentially destroy you, women + the government.

I bought some computer books (basic stuff) recently and I’m going to read them ’cause your career inspires me. I want to be empowered like you: have a job with a good salary AND rental property as a backup. I don’t want to be the typical American who loses his mind and everything else when he gets fired or laid off.

Share your opinions with no one and the real enemy are not the women..but the magina. In their little minds in competition for female favoritism.

Ghosting is also very effective against crazy family members you do not want in your life. You give them the token birthday and holiday calls and tell them nothing.

What does all this buy you?

It buys you many things.. peace, quiet, focus, you don’t need to run accident avoidance scenarios…in your head…if she says A I need to say B. An impressive resume that opens doors.

Then you also need to focus on your career. Guys, you will be happier if you do not have a job but have a career. You will NOT feel trapped in a job with bitches. And they are. Sorry ladies who read this… you are a s~~~storm to be around and there is no peace when you are around.

Note.. in the next 15 to 25 years…we will see a female take over.
So you will need a strategy to deal with that.

The women all understand that men determine they all just suck..and it’s why they all bring down the male only spaces..yet they have theirs don’t they? There they speak of how to de throne men.

The most common one is flirting in the office and sexual innuendo.
Then the stupid thing happens…the guy gets sent a carefully worked IM from over the cubicle wall. She will then say something and a volley of IM (Instant Messaging or email) will go on. Then she will coax you into saying or typing something over the top. Her friend is right there to hear it or it’s now in the electronic male trap called IM and email.

Then you get called to HR and written up or fired.
Then the female boss hires a women to replace you.

We have seen this many times.

Also, if you are in your 50s you are a layoff target to hire younger cheaper workers. So that is just a life fact and you counter act that by getting into a very tough field that the young post college crew cannot do….without about a decade of flight time.

Another tip is to live bare bones…live f~~~ing cheap.
Food and rent and transportation are the #1 things to save money on.
I just boiled up a dozen eggs. I buys them in the dual 18 packs…real cheap. Often I see food as fuel..and just live on eggs, sandwiches, milks, energy bars and apples. Later…get a big steak.

When you do not have a woman and it’s just you… you can live cheap.

If you are older…most likely you married like we all did in the pre mgtow existence years… (We need a term for that…where a man later wakes up.) Then the woman will get you into disney dream vacation debt hell.

One more thing….ghosting…it’s not the silent life… you can talk…
Just be careful whom you speak with.

Then hammer at my job non stop…around the clock..eat sleep work.

There will be those of you whom might say.. I don’t live to work, I work to live.
If you are a productive mgtow.. and driven…
Ignore these guys….no disrespect to them.

To the young mgtow.. do NOT be scared or terrified of these waters or the overly aggressive corporate women.

If you master your s~~~… you’ll be fine.

And don’t lose your mind..it’s just a job…like flipping burgers or promoting software jobs. F~~~ it.

But keep your attitude to yourself and be a quiet hard working dude.

I cannot speak to the management path…I always saw these guys last three to five years at most.. a s~~~ job. The stability and pay
are with the database.. big data.

One of you guys wanted to know how to break into the corporate s~~~ and what software. The big thing is the computer industry changes fast… So you must learn to learn. I’m find of computer books…
Get used to chewing them up.

Having a stack on your desk for all to see will land you work..and often get you in over your head…face those challenges and do what it takes to pull it off.

Along the way.. build business networks with men and women.
Respect all and just be kind, helpful and ZERO DRAMA.
Zero complaining. In my past I’d bitch about the s~~~ software I had to run to do industrial things. I made it work. Computer science.

Do NOT be a programmer..but a computer scientist..that means long hard hours hammering code and books and sites.

Most likely you will live to about 78.

Think of how long that time is.. make learning a live long thing.. and never stop. F~~~ the college only learning mode.

The real learning begins on the jobs.

With any luck.. I’ll endure for a few months..then get promoted again with another dude who wants to hire me or fired off…
Then I’ll load up my code bunker..engineered to fold up and pack into my car…any books that will not fit get shipped…
Then set up a very small cheap spartan apartment in a good area..then just eat, sleep and code…and continue my journey.

I run the risk of being fired off for not being able to do the work.
These are sr. level hard core jobs… if you cannot do them in a month… see ya. If fired… walk out with your head held high and just rage on.

I am not like most guys.. I’m done with the family thing and the “bromance” s~~~… zero time for that s~~~.

My life is not typical…so don’t think I’m saying to follow this path..but I do hope you might find some tips here to help out.
