Women engineers complaining about being a minority demographic and getting compliments and congratulatory regards for their work is all I got from this video. You mean to tell me that senior engineering managers, industry and software engineers making more figures per year than I’ll probably ever see in life have time to complain about about delusional micro-aggressions and menial situations usually perpetuated by OTHER WOMEN in the workplace and infer that men are to blame for it? Nothing but an smorgasbord of tin-foil-hat feelings and premonitions, reminds me of hilary’s presidential campaign. You’d think this was some kind of review of sexism instigated by the so-called “evil man” Now that men are waking up and keeping the f~~~ away from them in the work place they need to find some flying unicorn riding issue for alternative acknowledgement. They don’t bitch because they feel oppressed or not valued. They do it because they want attention and it’s the only way they know how to communicate. I remember awhile back they used to pat themselves on the back for being “the world’s best communicators”. All of them, all women, they liked to say that. Never mind there are more women than men in the world, and it’s objectively false, they insisted on it. This, the same gender that can’t ask a man out for a date or communicate their wants or desires, and instead hedge about and expect everyone around them to figure things out randomly.

When women bitch and are acknowledged, they keep doing it. It’s like a monkey being praised or given food for throwing poop. What else are they going to do?

I promise, if everyone stopped paying attention to them and acknowledging their stupid BS, they would eventually try something else. You can never defeat a woman in an argument with words, only silence.

I tried to watch the video with an open mind. I also want to have a workplace that makes all the workers feel included and valued. That’s beneficial for any business. I think these ladies should acknowledge that they are the pioneers of the tech industry. If they are tired of feeling like outcasts, they can pool their money together and create college scholarships for other women who want to join them. They can also form their own companies. However, if more women are getting degrees in liberal arts instead of concentrating on math, science, and technology, their minority status in their tech/science industries will continue.
