I bought a Predator skull hand carved from whale bone to put under my sword display.

If you rescue a damsel in distress, all you will get is a distressed damsel.

Today I checked my water softener to see that my work was good. Installed new controller, rebuild kit, replaced resin, replaced filter housing and filter, re-plumbed water connections for smoother, shorter flow (it’s a work of art now), added an upper distributor inside the media tank, replaced cut-off valve, and cleaned/repaired brine tank.

Before work today, I painted the first coat of paint on the drywall that I attached to the door (door that I mortised with chisel, etc.) to the man-cave / safe-room / armory.

When everything is squared away with the drywall & paint, I will measure, cut and attach wood-looking molding in such a way that the door will be hidden.

When the molding is all done, the door and hallway wall will look like series of rectangles with molding as borders, and artwork of some kind will be in each rectangle. The release mechanism for the door will be well hidden in another room.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

Saw my dentist today in PartIV of the saga to rebuild my teeth after 10 years of neglect.
Finally took the plunge to get access to my money online.
I never check my cash status, i just assume that “no, it is not enough, pay attenton what you spend! You know the debt collector, you know him just too well. watch out!”

Turns out i have a low five figure amount of cash available that i amassed over 2,5 years of work.

Paid my first Utilities bill online, on time.
    today was a good day.

What did I do old bill?
The same as I always do, played golf, then had a meal at the clubhouse with my opponent and a group of buddies. Good very close match, score in the low 80’s and all square after 18 holes. Lost at the 19th sudden death hole when I pulled a 120yd approach shot into a pin high green side bunker.

    What did I learn today?
When the ball is lying 12 inches above your feet you will always pull your 9 iron left, so aim further right!

    Lessons learnt?
1 Always analyse your errors in a posive mindset and develop strategies to make sure they are not repeated.
2 The cameraderie that comes from competitive sport is of great importance.
We both competed against a difficult golf course in difficult weather conditions, we both played very well, and he beat the course better than I did on the 19th hole. While we ate we both sat and complimented each other on our games, discussed some of the shots played and had some laughs about the funnies that always happen on the golf course.
Good mates, good competition, good company, good on him for a recording tough win, and my best wishes for him in the final.

Good mates help us all be strong!

I'm a one man guy in the morning, the same in the after noon. A one man guy when the sun goes down, I whistle me a one man tune. I'm a one man guy, one man guy, and the one man is me. 👍🏼Thanks Loudon Wainwright for the wise words

I finished reading “Say Goodbye to Crazy” and got some good tips on what I need to do to set and reinforce my boundaries as well as move past dealing with the woman I had recently been in a relations~~~ with.

Yesterday i have not done jack s~~~ for myself.
I mean outside the usual “get up, shower, work, eat work, work some overtime” routine.

The only change i noticed was the fact that i now ask myself the question you ask us:
What did you do for you today?
What did i do for me today?

Spent money on a good thing?
done a bit of work, put in some effort into a subject?
Work on removing something bad out of my life or work on implementing something good?
Work on getting rid of a bad habit or push myself towards a good habit?

Did not do jack s~~~ yesterday.
and today it irks me pretty bad, so lets get started already.

That’s the spirit, g-mow. Just do something everyday. Doesn’t have to be anything enormous or amazing or fantastic. It just has to be something.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

I found your question, when it leads to
    – some form of disgust at myself (for neglecting myself)
    – dirty fingers / sweat / overcoming said disgust
    – a tangible, visible result
… to improve my life by giving me a sense to have made a step forward for myself. And another. And another.
    Like in motherf~~~ing Therapy.

All the mental gymnastics we do here is useless if it does not translate in some form of personal progress.
    By action.

Just looking around, even this place, i see men fail and suffer, just because they do not take enough action for themselves. Because they do not love themselves enough, hope to be loved by “external parties” and become miserable in the process.

Doing something for oneself is a (male) form of love.
Because men are DO – ers.

Great news, brother. Taking it to the range will give you hours and hours of fun.

Are there any firearms or defense academies near you? I’m about an hour away from the Sig Sauer academy and it’s fantastic. I took a half day course there several years back and came away with some good techniques despite carrying arms since the early 80s.

I applied & was granted annual leave. I’m taking the first week in June off work.
I booked in to see a doctor to address an embarrassing health concern that I have been procrastinating about 🙁
I fought with my black dog (depression) & feelings of despair & considered the positives in life.
I spent time on MGTOW to remind me of the goods things that my life choices have provided.
    – thanks for this post gentlemen.
About to go for a walk in the sun – its a nice mild sunny Autumn day here I am hoping that too will pick me up.
