    Absolutely anything, you name it,
What makes you feel calm and content?

For me, i love some really nice old school vocals mixed with the sweet sounds of rain

Red Dwarf… Good thing I bought the series 🙂
Silence, or being in the forest. Toss up between those 2 for calmness for me.

That time of day out on the lake when the fish stop biting, the wind stops and the water turns to glass.

Swallow this RED PILL ===> Men will lay down their lives for their brothers, their women and their children. This makes Men useful as slaves. Women will lay down their lives for ONLY their children. To expect more from women is just a FANTASY created by society and reinforced by the unconditional love that we experienced from our Mothers. The key to freedom is the understanding that the woman you meet is not going to fantastically love you like your Mother did. If you buy into the fantasy, then she is your new master. If you do not buy into the fantasy, then she is nothing, and you retain your freedom.

Shooting 300 rounds of .45 ACP after a workout… then jerking off to a chick debasing herself for money… if we’re being honest.

A glass a wine, or beer. Music. Waves at the beach crashing against the shore. Still water.

I’ve a few tricks or techniques I use depending on the time.

Music is one, I’ve a few classical and blues pieces I turn to over and over again. Reading is good too. I’ve owned a copy of Marcus Aurelius’ Meditations for decades now and have several passages bookmarked. Montaigne, Shakespeare, Donne, there are many authors in my rotation. Handicrafts are another excellent method, something that involves your hands and demands your concentration. I’ve a small hobby lathe I use for projects and love spending an afternoon turning metal.

At the risk of sounding flakey, I picked up the knack of meditating over three decades ago and it works like a charm. No incense, special cushions, mantras, bonsai trees, water fountains, or any of that other hippy-dippy, new age horses~~~. I just need a bit of time and a chair to achieve quietude. It’s little more than a matter of breath control, posture, and practice.

Do not date. Do not impregnate. Do not co-habitate. Above all, do not marry. Reclaim and never again surrender your personal sovereignty.

Classical music is my go-to calmer, Bach, Mozart, etc. I like rock ‘n’ roll in all its forms; problem is my local stations are sending me as many commercials as music.

Makes me hungry for chicken vindaloo for some reason …

Found a band called “Deep Divers” on Spotify. I find myself listening to a lot of Jampanese bamboo flute music with rain in the background type stuff lately. Reading also helps.

Calm as one can be in life, while walking on your path, onwards. Chinese flute and harp are also quite relaxing as well.

    Sketching.
    Playing vidya (EvE online).
    listening to classical, while sketching.
    listening to podcast, while sketching.
watching people drawing on streams, while sketching.
Eating good meat, with enough bacon, beer isn’t my favourite drinks to good food any more, since it makes one a bit dull and sleepy, rather than just calm.
Reading forum topics on MGTOW.com, obvious.

There are some nights when we’re just skimming above the clouds when a full moon glows. So surreal and calming. I could just sit there staring forever.

Being alone with nature and camera.

Not having a wife or girlfriend.
