Like the title says. I want to quit going to fast food for my hunger. Plus I want to improve my cooking skills.

I had epicurious but it all looked way too complicated. Help a brother out?

    http://allrecipes.com/

This is my go to site for recipes. You get reviews of them (both good and bad) and suggested changes to make them better. Most are simple good foods without fancy ingredients or time consuming to prepare.

    I second allrecipes.

also watch a few youtube videos about something you would be interested in cooking.
cooking is an experiment. try new stuff each time. Challenge yourself other times. I started cooking not even 2 years ago. now I cook thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for large groups.

It’s nice, I tried the allrecepies for a bit, I will consider using that. Wondering now for any other apps or sites?

    Try these:

    750g.com
    marmiton.org
    ptitchef.com
    supertoinette.com

They are in French, but with a little help from the online translator at reverso.net, it shouldn’t be a problem.
