Maybe an oldie but goodie, but it turns out an all-female TV company (Read: openly discriminates against males) doesn’t do very well:

This is very true. Every job I’ve ever worked is like this. As men, sometimes we get into fights but when a job needs to be done, we get it done. Every job I’ve had where women are around, they will actively work to sabotage the other woman (or man) and go around talking behind their back spreading poison. They will then waste hours of time trying to build allegiances so that they can attack someone with their posse of cronies. It’s disgusting and weak. I’ve seen this happen MANY times now but I’ve never seen a man do this during my 23 years of being in the workforce.

Also, I wanted to state that I read this article somewhere before recently. I had a thought that it seems every once in a while, people feel a need to challenge the way things are only to find out “oh, that’s why things have always been like this”. Same thing we’re seeing with feminism. Sure, some good changes came out of it, for example it shouldn’t be okay for a woman to be beaten or treated as anything but a human, basic human rights ya know. But I think overall they are finding out the reason for why so many things are. For example, the 77 cents on the dollar glass ceiling myth has been destroyed all over the net, much to the chagrin of feminists who just don’t want to believe it. Women just don’t want to or aren’t able to do certain things that men willingly do, hence a difference in pay. The list goes on.

But in relation to this article, the woman was going against the natural way that things have been for hundreds if not thousands of years and then she finds out the hard way about why women don’t work well together. I could have told her before she even wasted her time but hey, it’s a good story to have published and it puts that idea to rest for another couple generations hopefully.

Let them learn the hard way.

I love this article and even showed it to several “enlightened” female friends. They said “omg I’m not like that! I’d never do such a horrible thing!”, at which I answered “yes you would. It’s female nature.”

I now have less friends, but that just shows how women see friendships: suck up to another woman you work with, then bring her down below street level when she ain’t around.

I’m glad I’m not friends with those shallows beings anymore.

That’s why it’s always wise to have a man in charge. Hell, even my femnale colleagues in thge library said that after the old boss left and was replaced by a woman. A man takes charge, makes sure it’s a professional atmosphere where people do their job instead of doing some bickering and trying to outshine eachother, whether by looks or gossip.

I worked in a major company, dealing with Customer Relations and then Accounts Receivable. Both Departments where loaded with women and had very few men.

I got transferred because my boss hated working with the other women, for exactly the reasons here stated about women undercutting each other. She knew I did not want to get “promoted” in that insane asylum and knew she would be safe, I was also her best “team player” as well.

I ended up quitting as soon as I found something better. She, and another boss, kept hitting on me. Both where married so no way was I sticking around.

After I quit I found out she hit on one of the three men left, a gay guy who told me about it over drinks after he quit too.

And yes, they knew he was gay too and thought they where so sexy they could get him anyways.

What man in their right mind would work for her now?! I wouldn’t consider any job with a woman who had previously only employed women. And if I worked somewhere that employed her I would leave unless they fired her. I’m good at what I do and don’t have to work with idiots like her.

A friend of mine used to manage a large manufacturing facility. His technique was to put all the women together so they would be so busy fighting among themselves that they would not greatly interfere with the manufacturing process.

Sadly, I doubt that would be permitted now. Women are too focused on spreading their dramas and poisons around to those who are actually effective at their jobs. I really hope this is not the ‘equality’ that feminism is striving for.
