I like this guy. He really tells it like it is. Although he’s mainly talking about the black community, I think we can all agree that it’s ALL women that are guilty of riding on this gravy train whether through welfare or ex husband sponsored welfare.

I’m okay with someone getting welfare if (s)he is paralyzed from the neck down. But if you have two arms and two legs that function, you should get a job like everyone else.

There are retarded people who have jobs, for goodness sake. If they can do it, so can you!

I used to stock shelves in a department store. Almost anyone can get a job doing that w/o any special training or a high school diploma. I used to do landscaping work on the side when I didn’t have enough money for my bills.

I think welfare programs should be like this: I’ll give you money while you’re in a government job training program. I’ll set up a free daycare center for your kids while you’re training. I’ll teach you how to dress, groom yourself, and conduct yourself when applying for a job (no more purple hair). Then I’ll set up job interviews for you and give generous tax breaks to anyone who hires you. Meanwhile, you’re going to spend one day of the week cleaning up your s~~~ty neighborhood. You’re going to be picking up trash and painting over the graffiti that your juvenile delinquent kids are spray painting on buildings. That’s the price you’ll pay to get money from people who have to work all day and get their paychecks taxed for your lazy ass.

The so called “entitlement” programs (with social security being an exception) were meant to be SHORT TERM. They were meant to be a pick me up for the less fortunate who had found themselves out of work, who needed help getting back on their feet. Not a long term living solution. I remember Jesse Ventura telling about how when he was governor of Minnesota, he had legislation passed where there was a 2 year maximum limit for collecting welfare and government assistance. That’s how it should be. No continuous enrollment, no long term benefits. Get people out there being contributing members of society. Single moms and “breeding factories” should be disqualified from government assistance unless they were actually working and were laid off/terminated for a reason other than performance.
