It’s funny. Statistics show that women tend not to change companies. It’s one of the factors that causes some to earn less along with they don’t negotiate salary. They will stay with an employer no matter how s~~~ty the job but a man they’ll change like underwear. Men tend to do the opposite.

All I got from that article is, “Women are good and men should accept them for who/whatever they are.”
The men are always expected to change and yet are chastised if they ask a woman to change in even the slightest of ways.
I guess we men should quit marrying until we learn to get it right.
