The truth is there was a global civilisation that spread from ancient India – vedic and pre-vedic times. I’d love to believe in Ancient Aliens but some physical barriers just can’t be overcome.

1. Cryo-sleep Biologists agree, it’s impossible. We could master hibernation and put humans to sleep for weeks or months at a time. Longer ? no way.

2. Star distance. One round trip to five stars and back to Earth, at 20% lightspeed (unobtainable speed but for arguments sake). Hundreds of years trip or more. To the nearest star and back? at 20% lightspeed, only 30 years. You’d be out of air, food and power within 10 years no matter what.

3. Archaeology to support alien stuff is shaky at best, ludicrous at worst. I know, Pumapunktu, Frozen land maps, whatever….. ….

4. Human genetic code doesn’t support it. There was no sudden explosion of language, tool making and art. Those are proven to have been going on since homo habilis and ergaster millions of years ago. They made tools, and fire and ate meat. And speech and clothing wasn’t a big surprise either with genetic bottlenecking from TOBA and ice ages recently.
