I politely turned down an invitation and now people are being weird.
Let them be weird. Especially if you said no, politely. Their hangup.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
I spent 9 years working every Saturday & Sunday!
Recently I decided, no more Sundays anymore, LIFE IS TOO SHORT, I have better, more fulfilling things to be doing so FVCK the lost sales. There were so few sales anyway on Sunday that I wasted so many Sundays of my life. Theyre gone…My point is, If you dont want to waste a whole day going to some sh!tty wedding, then dont! Its your lifetime and youll never get it back.
Fvck them! It depends on how close you are to these people dude. If theyre merely acquaintances then screw em. If HE is your BEST friend of like 20 years, you should go. I wouldnt go for a woman though, thank god I have no sisters.
I wish my brother had invited me and family to his wedding 2 years ago, because people I was close to as a kid would of been there and haven’t seen in 20 years. Instead he wanted to do the wedding in Hawaii; he and his ugly bitch of a wife!

On more than one occasion over the years I have told Close friends I would go to their weddings and then not gone. Oh well.. But I was basically MGTOW before MGTOW was a thing and they knew this…
Will you need to drive any distance to be there?
Will there be an open bar? That’s all that matters.
Nothing beats cash for a wedding gift. I recommend giving it in the form of a retainer for a good divorce attorney for the g̶r̶o̶o̶m̶ chump.
Stop worrying about what other people think. Going your own way means exactly that! It means being secure enough to be the man you are regardless of type of man that other people want you to be.
By the way, I don’t seem to be able to message anyone. I have the capability but others may not so:
I am from Phx, az if anyone wants to chat. I email Tom Golden (author of Men are Good), and Karen Straughan (MRA, and Feed the Badger) from time to time and I can forward information to you or to them.
Tron
Nothing wrong with saying no to a wedding.
If you feel obligated for a gift, which is why you were invited, I recommend sending a check written out to the groom(chump).
He is going to need it.I have attended my share of funerals and showings this year but no weddings.
Wait, I just realized that they are the same thing.Feminism isn't about equality with men, it's about leverage over men.
Funerals and weddings, both events I choose to never go to anymore.
Unfortunately, my son plans to get married and has said that he wants me there, so I guess I will be going to one last wedding next year………unless he comes to his senses and changes his mind.
The evil in women’s hearts leaves them no moral bounds as to inhibit them from descending to the lowest levels of darkness to acquire their self entitled desires.
Many times I have seen this topic here.
The answer is to Go Your Own Way, even if that means attending…Even regular people are turning down opportunities to be Best Man or Brides Maids because its expensive and inconvenient. Some of the articles we’ve are freaking hilarious.

Weddings? No, never.
They are going weird because by saying No you have signalled that you don’t buy into the Great Delusion. You have rattled the bars to their mental cage, and they don’t like it.
Like HERMIT; I don’t enjoy weddings or funerals either.
The former: never , the latter: I do reluctantly on occasion out of respect.Marry again, Hell NO ! ( Even JESUS was hung on a cross just once)
I haven’t been to a wedding since my son’s five years ago.
Unfortunately, my son plans to get married and has said that he wants me there, so I guess I will be going to one last wedding next year
Make sure to give a good speech at the reception.

I thought about it, but I can’t do that to him. He asked me to love him and support him and even if I disagree with his decision, that’s what I’m going to do.

Yeah F~~~ that! My son is 22 years old and I have raised him by myself since the time he was 2 years old. And I will be damned if I would ever let him ruin his life by getting married. I would go to extremes to stop it!
He asked me to love him and support him
Loving him and supporting him means giving him a place to stay and someone to listen when she inevitably divorces his ass. It does not mean standing silently by (with open wallet) while she sets him up for it. That would be supporting her.
To hell with her.
Make sure to give a good speech at the reception.
good comment. Not so sure about some of your other ones of late though. Hope all is well dude. Sometimes I feel like someone put $60 worth of quarters in your bull riding machine and we’re all on for the ride. Dispensing the Black Pills with no lube dude. LOL
Sometimes people dont connect the REAL LIFE DOTS here *Edit, or they connect them too brashly we all get rug rash. Hermit is going to his son’s wedding. He already told the kid its crazy to get married. What the hell else can you do? We all know the Blue Pill Addicts love vagina and wont listen no matter what until it happens to them.
In the meantime, he gets to wear a tux, drink some beers and watch his son be happy on his wedding day. So we all know the odds, okay. But on that day, he can choose to enjoy the evening and his son’s company. This is real life.
Knowing Hermit, he won’t be able to wait until he can go back home to peace and quiet.
Like I was when I was a young adult/teenager at parties, looking around and wondering why the hell I was wasting my time there and thinking about the video games I could be playing or the books I could be reading instead.
When/if my former friend asks me to do anything regarding his new relationship (become a godfather or best man or anything), I’ll say no.
