Next suit I wear will be in a casket, just prior to cremation..
I wore a uniform most of my life, just a visible reminder of my disposability. Now I could not care less about how I look, just as long as it is functional.
My true value is not the clothes I wear, but what wears the damn clothes out.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

I only wear tailor made suits and only when meeting male friends. I never talk to women when wearing a suit.
A good tailored suit is very confortable for me. It’s expensive, yes, but it lasts a long time and gives class to some of my rare get togethers with my friends. Call me old fashioned on this one.

The answer is NO. “I could but I won’t”. Memini murum!

    I hate wearing suits.

The Children of Doom... Doom's Children. They told my lord the way to the Mountain of Power. They told him to throw down his sword and return to the Earth... Ha! Time enough for the Earth in the grave.

Perhaps women like a man in a suit because it suggests the man is playing by the rules of the game and might therefore be a blue pill man because he follows the rules. Some of us don’t do this because we like to think for ourselves.

Comfort trumps fashion in my book.

Come on guys. If you want to wear a suit, wear a suit. Why should it matter what women think of it? If you like wearing a suit then you shouldn’t have to put the experience through a mental filter of what a woman may or may not think of it.

What’s wrong with a man wanting to look impressive? Other men can acknowledge the impressive figure of a dominant male in a tailored suit. Most men wear suits to impress other men. I think it’s going too far if you analyse everything in terms of what women think. Especially, the simple act of wearing a suit.

I think the OP’s point was to ask whether other menbers have noticed that regardless of his reason women pay particular attention when a man wears a suit, and was looking for opinions on why that might be.

I agree that men should wear a suit or not should based on their personal preference, and not on worrying about whose lens they are being viewed through. I don’t care, woman or man, if I impress anybody.

I’ve worn a full tux on several occasions, a military mess dress and class “A” too many times; I find suits to be similarly confining and I’ll continue to not dress up any more than a button up shirt and black pants for the most formal of occasions. If I get stopped at the door for my attire then it just freed up a couple of hours of my life.

I failed to realize in my youth that I was the prize. I was going to work. I was going to earn. Little did I realize that due to feminism, that no longer meant I had to share. Road soon, Desert after.

I wear frumpy sweaters and jeans, I dress to ghost.

But I have to go to court next month and my attorney advised me to wear a suit.

That will be the only time in 20 years I wore a suit and probably will be another 20 years until I wear another one.

When I lived in Hollyweird, the 30,000 millionaires were common. One guy lived in a studio apartment in a bad part of town. He dressed up and drove and old Rolls Royce to clubs and hooked up quite regularly.

Tom Lykes used to say, for a little garnish on the play, stand behind a rich guy at an atm and get his statement out of the trash. Back in those days your bank statement was on the receipt. When your talking to a hot girl in a bar, give her your number on back of the bank statement of the rich guy, thereby convincing the chick you have dough.

#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.

….But the one thing that turns women on more than anything is fame. Oh, to be the girl that’s f~~~ing a guy that is famous. Because it makes every other woman jealous of her. If that doesn’t make the vag tingle, nothing will…

This. Exactly this. It makes a woman excited if she thinks she’s making other women jealous. It was never about the man. It was always about how other women perceive HER. This is the encapsulation of female thought.

I have never liked wearing them…

why wouldnt you rather wear something more casual/comfortable when going out and having a good time?

You’ve been wearing the wrong suits. If they’re uncomfortable and you don’t like wearing them then likely they don’t fit you correctly or the cloth is poor. I used to dislike suits as well until the first time I had one properly tailored just for me. The difference is remarkable. A well made suit should be more comfortable than your favorite t-shirt and jeans.

Always bespoke. Never off the rack.

The only issue you should have with a proper suit is the cleaning, not the comfort. The only other problem is their impediment to practicing Stealth Wealth. Unfortunately suits have become an indicator of wealth because time was when only the wealthy could afford to have a suit of properly fitting, comfortable clothes made for them.

More right than you know. It’s not just your opinion. You also forgot the word “disposable”.

Also “interchangeable”. One man is as good as another as far as they are concerned. Put a completely different man in the same clothes or car or whatever and they won’t even notice.

I never talk to women when wearing a suit.

Oh I do. I tell them to go away.

Women can’t take rejection well in general, and they really can’t handle rejection from a man they perceive as a “good catch”. It’s hilarious. F~~~ing with women can be a lot more fun than merely f~~~ing them, and gold digger bait is just another tool of that hobby.
