    What that actually means is you continue to be a simp and get no sexual gratification.

    So you run errands for her, help her out, listen to all her whinging and problems (she will not listen to your advice), lend her money (that she will never pay back)…

    In return she does nothing for you that is her being your friend.

    Men and women cannot just be friends. There will always be one who wants to have sex. Friends with benefits also does not work. There will always be one who gets too emotional.
