How do we move forward? What is your path?

Positive spin on the past, followed by an aggressive drive to make the future even better.

    It’s the human condition.
We accept it and go forward as best as possible.

How to move forward? Leave the past in the past, but learn from it. For me, dwelling on the past limits my ability to move forward.

What is my path? Remain singular and enjoy life like never before. Also set myself up for a early and comfortable retirement, where I have the finances to do pretty much whatever I want. But I live fairly frugally, so my wants are low.

Motorcycles saved my life (tried to take it a time or to as well).

In the past, depression had kept me blaming myself for everything. Maybe it’s not the best combination nor healthy in the long run, but anger and cynicism have both helped shed some guilt to the people who’ve actually wronged me, and not care so much about trivial things when we all end up in the same place anyway. Someday maybe I’ll get to making myself comfortable.

    Beautiful song

A man at the end reflects back

Reminds me so much of the talks my father and I had the last week of his life.

How do we move forward? That answer is different for each of us, still learning what that is.

My path? At 43 I am what I’m going to be, doesn’t mean there will be no growth, but I probably have more birthdays behind me than ahead, not sad about that but a fact. Want to continue this road, I get satisfaction from helping people in my job, volunteer work, and my hobbies. Not trying to change the world just being at peace with it.

    Wrong question.

Before you can ask how do you…?

    You should ask why?

To those following me, be careful, I just farted. Men those beans are killers.

Letting go. When you reach the point of forgiveness and decide that you’re not going to allow what happened to define you or control you life. Freeing yourself of the burden is the biggest step you can take.

We hurt. It’s normal. It’s better to just suck it up ASAP and go your own way.

Beautiful song and video. I didn’t know that Cash wrote pop songs like this. This is pretty modern.

Very nice, thanks for the share.

That guy’s voice maintained or in fact got better with advanced age and physical deterioration.

As a stone cold atheist I sometimes think Johnny Cash is some kind of prophet or Angel.
